A few days ago ace producer, Cobhams Asuquo twitted that he was busy in the studio with the winner of the first ever Nigerian Idols, Yeka Onka. So, it is not surprising to hear that that something good would be coming from her soon.
She has also been working with Chocolate city studios ace producer and artiste, Jesse Jags and international choreographer and recording artiste Jeffrey Daniel, who is said to be working the Michael Jackson magic on the new singer.
Acclaimed as the Nigerian version of Whitney Houston as a contestant at the Nigerian Idols earlier this year, Yeka appears to be taking her role as Nigerian Idol to the next level.
According to sources, she is also slated to visit the United Kingdom on a working trip to record more songs and shoot her music videos under her UK-based label.
Her sultry performances endeared her to audiences and the judges alike during the competition. She is about charting her path in the Nigerian music world.
