She also puts on a drama and says that in order to maintain discipline the head of the house needs to be strict. She tells everyone that Indira was all hard on the outside but was soft on the inside. Kusum tells everyone that Indira used to care for her as if she was her daughter and she her mother. She adds that few people are blessed with such a child. Kusum add that Indira did everything for them but she never asked for anything in return. She also says that without Indira the family couldn't have survive this far. Kusum cannot complete her thought out of sheer heart felt emotions. Inder also puts on a drama and tells everyone present that he left home when Indira was still a kid. He tells everyone that little Indira took over all his responsibilities for the family. He tells everyone that his daughter was brave. He also says that he remembers how Indira had taken him to the hospital when he had fallen on the street because of his heart attack. Inder praises her sky high for her selfless love. He adds that he is blessed to have such a daughter.
Mandira also joins the drama. She says that if Indira hadn't been there she wouldn't be alive today. She also says that if she had managed to live till today she might have ended in some mental asylum. Mandira tells everyone that since her childhood days Indira has been forgiving all her mistakes when the whole world condemned her, only Indira stood by her. Munna is touched hearing all this. Finally his dead conscious awakens and he says how could he possibly be doing this? He admits in front of the goons that his sister is still alive. Sunaina joins the drama and tells the goons that they can kill all of them but they cannot lie about Indira's death. She joins her hands in front of Indira's photograph and apologizes on everyone's behalf. She tells Indira's picture that they were forced to do this because they feared the goons. Mandira also says that Indira is their strength and her idol. Kusum also says that parents always bless their children with long life. She tells herself what sort of parents are they that they are having a mourning session even when Indira is alive. Inder asks Munna to remove the garland from Indira's photo. Everyone talks to Indira's photo as to how they realize her importance now and promise that they won't cause her any more pain. Inder tells them that as he is the head of the family he wants to make a vow. He asks the family if they will join him and everyone agrees. Inder tells them that they should take a vow that they will be an ideal family just like Indira wants them to be. Everybody agrees whiles Indira is pleased to hear this from her family.
Some boys are playing street cricket in Sharma Niwas, one boy who is wearing a number 10 jersey bats and turns and addresses the camera ' He says that number 10 jersey was his favourite as a cricket or football fan, but he also says that this number has come in a different way for Iron Lady. He adds that till now whatever she wanted hasn't come true, and don't know what will happen ahead. He also says that dreams come true for those who are stubborn. He smiles and says that Indira has never acknowledged failure. The Sharma family is in portico and also looking towards Indira's room to see if she is coming down. Ishaan wonder's why everyone is looking up like a pegion but Munna asks him to shut up. Inder explains to Ishaan that yesterday Indira saw them doing the mourning session for her but since then she has is silent.
Everyone is scared and doesn't know how to face Indira. Indira comes down looking for Munna. He gets scared seeing her, thinking about what he had done yesterday. He hides himself behind the door. Indira asks everyone to gather around but Munna was no where to be found, no one tells her where he is. Inder tells Indira that he should not have allowed what ever that happened yesterday and apologises. Kusum also says that she is sorry. Indira looks on and goes away without saying a word. She continues searching for Munna and reaches his room. Inside Munna has put on Sunaina's dupatta over his head and is also holding Seher as if he is feeding her. Indira thinks it is Sunaina and she asks for Munna. Munna shakes his head as if he doesn't know where Munna is. Indira goes towards the kitchen where Sunaina gives her a cup of tea and apologises for yesterday. She then understands that it was Munna in Sunaina's room, but when she goes there he has left the room.
Munna gets outside Sharma Niwas and he sees a bicycle over there. He immediately alights and starts peddling with closed eyes to run away before Indira comes. Unknowingly, he has not folded the cycle stand and hence he was only pedalling, without the cycle moving. Indira calls him and tells him that to move a bicycle one has to be put out of stand. Munna gets down and tells her that he is sorry. He says that he had to do so because of the goons who were after him. Munna takes a cane from a nearby plant pot and gives it to Indira. He asks her to beat him and he puts out his arms to take the beating. Indira ties a rakhi on his extended palm and Munna gets emotional. She tells him its "raksha bandhan" today and that's why she was looking for him. Indira tells Munna that if he had gone out, she would have to wait the whole day for him.
Inside Sharma Niwas, Indira prays for Munna. Sunaina also prays for Rishi and ties a rakhi on his hand. She asks for her gift and Rishi gives her a coin. Upon seeing her disappointment, he gives her a currency note and tells her that when his first salary comes he will give her a lovely gift. Indira asks for gift from Munna. Munna asks her as to what he can give her. He tells Indira that she is the one who has been the provider all his life. Hence he says that he will tie rakhi from this year to every year. Indira stops him saying she has always tied rakhi and prayed for his long life. Kusum and Inder look on and are happy. Sunaina misses Viren and Inder misses Dulari. Indira scold them for remembering them. Indira ties rakhi for Seher on Ishaan's hands. Rishi gets up and he gives and angry look to Indira and he goes upstairs. Indira feels he is still angry.
Inside their room, Indira asks very lovingly and apologetically if Rishi is still angry with her since yesterday but Rishi laughs. He says he can never stay angry with her. He tells her that he just faked anger to get her to come near him as today all sisters will be busy with brothers and they in turn forget their husbands. Rishi asks Indira his salary and asks her how long it will take for him to make 25 lakhs with his current salary. She says 312 months with his current salary of 8000. Rishi asks her what if he can make it in 20 days and he shows her the pamphlet of Jhoom Barabar Jhoom competition. Rishi says he is going to participate in the dance competition and win the prize of 25lakhs and the 9-5 job is simply not his type. Indira is not convinced about his dance skills and asks him to demonstrate. She puts on the 'munni badnam' song but Rishi tells her that this was a girly song. Indira says a dancer should perform with any song. Rishi is first confused, then his face brightens up with naughtiness. He makes a few very fast forward funny dance moves. Indira looks on by controlling her laughter. Rishi asks how was his dance. Indira says mind blowing and says she will give him the prize. She gives him 25rs but Rishi asks why only 25rs. Indira tells him that his dance deserves only that much and asks him to go for his job. Rishi tells her that he can learn dance and requests her to let him join the competition. She makes a ball of the pamphlet and throws it away. Indira's phone rings and she takes out the phone. Rishi snatches the phone and tells the caller that Indira is busy. The lady says she is calling from the marriage bureau to talk about an alliance. Rishi conveys this to Indira.
Indura snatches the phone and tells him that it is a wrong number. Rishi asks Indira if she is planning for a second marriage. Indira changes the topic and asks him if he is not cooking up plans to join the dancing team. Rishi falls for it and again requests Indira to allow him to join. Indira still refuses and she is about to leave. Rishi stops her and he says one minute, he tells Indira that he forgot to tell her the main thing. He gets hold of Indira's hand and kisses her.
Indira comes down. Ishaan is playing with a ball throwing it at the roof and catching it. The roof starts cracking. Munna comes and places Seher in the cradle near where Ishaan is playing. Indira calls up the marriage bureau. Ishaan is still throwing the ball and the roof is cracking up fast. The broker tells her that a family from Chandigar would come tomorrow and the girl is exactly how Indira wanted. She asks if she can fix a meeting for the two parties for tomorrow and Indira agrees. She looks up at what Ishaan is doing and a part of the roof falls down. Indira sees that another big portion of the roof is about to fall and she runs to take Seher from the cradle, but midway Munna holds her and the roof falls. Indira is scared for Seher and gets hysterical whiles Munna calms her down saying nothing has happened to Seher and also points at Ishaan. Ishaan is seen holding Seher in his hands. Indira gets emotional and feels proud of Ishaan. She asks him to always look after his sister like this through out his life. Munna tells her that he will also look after his sister all his life. He adds that if death has to come to her, it will have to fight with him before reaching her. Indira doesn't allow him to complete the sentence. Indira gets angry over him for telling her this. Indira thinks now what to do about the roof. She thinks that everyday a new challenge comes up. A construction personnel comes up and asks her how did they all live for so long in a weak building. He says that the walls are very weak and if an earth quake comes, the building will fall apart. He tells Indira that urgent repairing has to be done. He gives an estimate of 5lakhs. Indira wonders from where will she get the money for the roof repairs. At Chadni Chowk, Radhey is dancing on top of a jeep with posters pasted on it. The posters advertise the dance competition 'jhoom barabar jhoom'. A slight breeze brings to Indira the pamphlet she had thrown away some time before. She looks on. Radhey is found announcing the dance competition. He welcomes people to come and participate and take away the 25 lakhs prize money whiles Indira looks hopefully.
A man is giving away Jhoom barabar Joom (JBJ) pamphlets and tells every one to take a chance and see if they can win. He faces the camera and tells everyone to take a chance with their luck for their family and themselves. Indira is looking at her veil. She is thinking of the old days when she used to wear them and dance. Few years back when her father had left home, she had lost everything and, at that time she had locked up the veil too. She says that but today this very same veil can be a step to resolve all her domestic responsibilities. At Sharma Niwas. Munna is singing JBJ and asks Sunaina to be fast as they have to reach the audition site on time. They are very excited about the price money and hence participating individually, so that if even one of them get the price the money will come home. At this time Kusum tells Mandira and Inder to make it fast. Munna asks where they were going. Kusum tells him that she is participating in the competition and praises herself. Munna tells her that she will have joint pains and if she breaks her bones she will bring home expenditure instead of the prize money. Inder consoles him that they are only coming as morale boosters for them. Everyone leaves for the audition. Indira comes down to tell Sunaina that she is leaving for the office but she doesn't get any reply hence she searches the house for her Sunaina and finds that no one is at home. Indira thinks this is a nice opportunity to practise for the dance and dances to the tunes of 'Mere dolna sun'. Rishi hears the sound of the gongoro and the music and comes down to see who is dancing. Indira finished her dance and at that time Rishi knocks the door. She hides her gunguru and opens the door. She is shocked to see Rishi, and asks him how come he came home so soon. Rishi suspiciously looks around and asks her if she was dancing. Indira fakes surprise at the question and tells him how she can dance when she is pregnant. Rishi tells her that she has the habit of forgetting like the night she got drunk. He tells her that he forgave her then, but won't forgive if she doesn't take care again. Rishi tells her that the first three months are very important period and gives her a lecture. At this time, they both hear a sound of a male asking if anyone is home.
Rishi and Indira go out to meet them at the portico. They tell them that they have come through the marriage bureau, from where they got the address. Since Indira failed to meet them as decided they took her address and came to meet her at home. Rishi asks them for whom have they brought the proposal. They mention for Rishi Kumar. He is shocked and asks what was the meaning of all this. Indira tries to handle the situation and tells them that she had gone to the bureau for her sister's alliance. She then asks why would she look for an alliance for her own husband. Indira tells them that she had told the bureau people what her husband's name is and unknowingly they would have written that name in the form and hence the confusion. Rishi looks at her suspiciously. She again tries to manage it by getting hold of Rishi's hand very lovingly in front of the guest's and tells them that their relationship will last for eternity and kisses him on his cheeks. Rishi falls for that. The family also goes. Rishi tells Indira that yesterday she got a call from the bureau and today the family came. He asks her if she is not hiding something from him. Indira turns the plate on him and asks him if he had approached the bureau for second marriage. Rishi tells her that he would have done that but then he is finding it difficult to manage one wife. Indira fakes an anger by saying that Rishi is thinking of a second wife. Rishi assures her that he wont think about that but he needs one more kiss and shows his cheeks but Indira doesn't relent. Rishi tells Indira that she might be thinking about the next step and points at his lips. Indira scolds him and lightly beats him. Rishi says that domestic violence again. Suddenly they both notice the time is 6.30 and they both have a meeting at 7. They both give hands to each other wish each other the best of luck.
Mandira is dancing at the auditions to the tunes of 'tumari adoonpe mein wari wari'. She forgets few steps in between and the judges ask her to stop. But she doesn't and the security is brought in to remove her from stage. Next Munna comes and dances to 'I am a disco dancer'. He does well but he slips off from stage and lands on Sunaina's arms. Sunaina appreciates his dance, but the judge tells him that the way he slipped from stage, he slipped from the competition too. Next the power dancer Sunaina Sharma is invited on stage. But she is not to be found on stage. She makes her entry from rear. She dances to the tunes of ' Kanta laga'. She chooses to dance on top of the judge's bench. She gets very sexy and the male judge likes her sexy moves way too much. Munna gets angry and jealous and gets hold of the judge and slap's him. The whole family comes to his rescue when a fight ensues. But the security takes the whole family out of the auditorium. Outside Munna and Rishi stumps on to each other. Rishi is seen in disguise in a Sardar avatar. Munna fails to recognise Rishi. Rishi is happy that even Munna couldn't recognise him. He is in disguise because Indira has not allowed him to participate. Hence he is participating in disguise. Rishi wants to win the prize money and keep Indira and Chiku in comfort. He also doesn't want a 9-5 job as he wants to do something great. Rishi goes to the table where participants have to write their names when he hear the same song again 'mere dolna sun'. He thinks as to why is he hearing the same song since morning and who is dancing to the song. Indira is seen dancing to the song. Rishi comes inside the auditorium and is surprised to see Indira dancing. He says to himself that he had asked her to not take any risk. Indira dances and at the end falls. Rishi comes running and asks people around to call for a doctor. A lady doctor checks her up. She tells Rishi that there is nothing to worry about and she can go home after sometime. Rishi asks about the baby they were expecting. The doctor tells him that Indira is not pregnant and she leaves. Rishi is confused and shocked. He asks himself that if Indira is not pregnant then why did she lie to him? He goes near Indira and thinks that before she comes to consciousness he has to find out what is wrong. He looks on at the gunguru.
