He inform her that he brought these flowers for her but she don't deserve this as she started insulting his parents. He throw the flowers on the floor and tells her that his mom has told him everything that his dad is responsible for everything and asks how can she say all this to his dad. Seeing how angry he is, Twinkle wonders why did his mother lie to Kunj. She says to herself that if she tell him the truth she will be proved as a liar and silenced by Usha's treachery Twinkle stays quiet to avoid Kunj hurting at his mother's deception and accepts the blame and vow not to tell him anything. An upset Kunj asks why is she quite now? He asks if she don't have anything to defend herself and warns her if she ever make his mom cry then he won't tolerate it.
The next morning, Anand is leaving as they don't want to be bogged down by Manohar's problems. Kunj plead with him not go as they all need him but he bluntly tell his junior brother that he can’t stay in the house with the excuse that he have a family too. Kunj asks if they aren't his family? Usha try to convince her elder son that they can fight anything together but Anand tells his mother that he have decided everything. While their justification of wanting to look after their immediate family first is sound, it was twisted into a perverse manner where Bebe who is also outside the compound house tries to prove them to be cowardly and create divisions between the relationships tells Usha to let them go if they want to run away from their family. Anand and Nikki place their stuff in the car. Twinkle also begs Anand not to go as she has always wanted to stay in the house where they could all live together and their family will be incomplete without him. Nikki who is envying her proudly says her dad is helping them and that her dad is way more richer than her mom and rudely asks not to show off and they don’t need her help, adding that she can live here as she and Anand have decided to leave. Kunj asks his brother why is he doing this and once again begs him not to go. An adamant Anand says he know Kunj will handle the situation but he can’t and he have to go. He meets everyone while his mother Usha is crying. Twinkle runs after them to please stop and asks how can he leave his family like this but Anand and Nikki leave to London with their son.
However, shortly after Nikki, Anand and Ishaan's departure, yet another problem arises when Twinkle who is at the gate sees an accident happen just when she is about to go inside, she notes the license plate and sees the person's bracelet that runs over a lady. Twinkle rushes there, she turns the lady up only to sees that Anita had been hit and unconscious seeing her injured state. She asks if she is okay and begs her to say something but Anita only manages to calls her son name, Yuvi. Twinkle decides to calls Yuvi up.
On the other hand, Yuvi laughs and tells his friend that he told him she will come to him and now she is calling him. He answers Twinkle's and asks if she is missing him and bluntly tells her that he won't forgive her and she have to beg for forgiveness and further asks when is he coming. Twinkle shut him up and informs him that his mom has met with an accident and that she is taking her to the hospital. Twinkle rushes Anita the hospital and decide to notifies Kunj.
Bebe advice Usha to care about the people that are with her in this difficult time and asks Kunj where Twinkle is. Just then, Twinkle calls Kunj up that she is in hospital and tells him about Anita’s accident. Yuvi reaches the hospital and asks Twinkle about who did the accident shaking her shoulders that Kunj sees and doesn't like. Twinkle shakes Yuvi off to relax that doctors are doing their work. He asks if she notice the car’s number and Twinkle informs him that she notified the police and gave all details to them. Kunj comes there and asks Twinkle how Anita is? The doctor inform them that she is better as Twinkle brought her on time. Kunj is touch and asks if she brought her to the hospital. At the same time, the inspector informs them that they have traced the car number and it is registered on Sarna family’s name. Kunj and twinkle are dazed as the police identify the car as belonging to the Sarnas. Yuvi promises revenge for his mom against Kunj. Kunj stated they don't have that particular car. The police decides to go to their house.
Cherry comes to Manohar’s house, he is reveal to be Surjeet’s son. Surjeet and Bebe welcomes him, Cherry says now that he have come here, he will only do all his work from here and he will also live in the house now, he ask Babee how she is? He jokingly ask if she flirt with someone after coming to the city? Bebe ask him not joke. Manohar and Usha comes there, Cherry gets angry seeing them and says they made joke of their lives but now he have come here and he will take revenge of everything, he will take revenge for his father, for his Babe's tears and for the nights which they had to bear without food because of these people, he greets Manohar and Usha and taunts them that they must be happy to see him here. He then ask where their good for nothing son Kunj is and his new daughter-in-law?
Twinkle and Kunj comes back home with the inspector. Twinkle see the car parked out the Sarna's residence and informs them that this is the same car which runs Anita over. The moment Kunj and Twinkle comes in the house, Cherry announce that his younger brother has come, he ask Kunj to hug him. The incident which was witnessed by Twinkle, takes a new turn as it's revealed Cherry, Surjeet's son hit Anita and drove away as Twinkle finds same bracelet in Cherry’s hand which she saw in the hands of one who cause Anita’s accident and she is stunned. The inspector comes into house, Twinkle identify him as the guy that cause Anita’s accident. Cherry is stunned when Twinkle accuses him. The inspector says they have to arrest Cherry but Cherry tells the inspector that if that women (Anita) wanted to get hit by his car then what can he do? He explains that he came infront of his car deliberately. The inspector inform the family that they have eye witness as Twinkle saw how the accident happened and he have to come with them addressing him as Mr. Cherry. When Surjeet finds out, he becomes furious and tells his Bebe to see what Twinkle did as she made their Cherry get arrested. Cherry asks Twinkle if she want to fight with him? He vow that he will see her now. The inspector gets Cherry arrested for committing the accident and take him away.
An upset Surjeet threatens Twinkle that if she was not family daughter-in-law then he would have thrown her out of the house and asks how dare she file a complaint against his son? He ask Manohar to tells his daughter-in-law to take back her complaint else she will see his anger. Twinkle stands her ground saying she will not as she stands by the truth and do the right thing. She adds that if Cherry has done the accident then he should get arrested as she saw him herself and Cherry is wearing the same bracelet which the guy was wearing who cause the accident. She further says she is not against anyone, and she didn't know Cherry was her relative and it's Cherry’s mistake, he runs over Anita's aunt and left from there without bothering to cater for her but she took Anita aunt to the hospital and she did what a good citizen should do. Surjeet gets more furious and tells Twinkle to think about the family house and it's respect before becoming great citizen, reminding her that she have destroyed their respect and asks her to come with him to the police station and take her complaint back. Kunj supports her in this that Twinkle will not take her complaint back and nobody will force her. Surjeet asks how dare he stop him? Just when Surjeet is about to slap Kunj, Bebe stops him and support Twinkle that she did what a good daughter-in-law should do and she took the side of truth. Bebe point out that Cherry did mistake and he should get punished for it and that she is with Kunj and Twinkle for this same truth. Seeing that Kunj supports Twinkle for this as does Bebe, Surjeet angrily asks if she have gone to their side too, and reminds him elder sister that because of them his son has gone to jail and threaten not to spear Manohar's family and also vow to take revenge from all of them. Bebe tells him not to say this but Surjeet refuses to listen to his elder sister as it's about his son and she know Cherry means alot to him, after his mother left them, adding that Cheery is his life and because of Twinkle, he has gone to jail and he will surely take revenge now, he angrily leaves while Twinkle is tensed.
While Twinkle and Kunj are in their room, Twinkle thinks that Kunj took her side today and went against his family for her. She decides to thank him but change her mind that if she thanks him then he will have ego boost and wonders if she should thanks him? Kunj seem to be reading her mind and asks her if she want to say something then she can go ahead. Twinkle asks why did he think that she want to talk to him? And clearly says she don't want to but Kunj tells her that he know she want to thank him but she won't because of her ego and he don't need her ego as he didn't take her side but he was taking the side of the right. Twinkle gets upset and asks why did he always get rude to her and further asks what have she done to him? Kunj immediately takes her picture in order to shown her whenever she is tensed. Twinkle ask what is he doing? Kunj shows her the tensed picture and says when he see her face, he feel like saying jokes and rude things. Twinkle spark at him that even she have to see his face daily and she don't know why she is stuck with him. Kunj tells her that his mother says marriage is for 7 births and they are stuck with each other for 7 lives. Twinkle says she is not able to live with him in this life and he is talking about 7 lives, she laughs while Kunj murmurs that this girl never stop fighting with him. Twinkle ask what is he saying? He deny and says nothing, and lovely asks her to sleep now and he goes to sleep on his couch.
Yuvi meanwhile is in hospital with his mother Anita, he informs his mom that Kunj’s cousin Cherry cause the accident which land her in hospital. Anita smirks and says Cherry is Surjeet’s son who has taken over all Manohar’s property, and now Manohar has nothing in his hands as Surjeet has won the case. Yuvi says he don't care about the Sarna's but he won't spear that Cherry, as because of him, she is in this state. Anita ask him to not get emotional, as she want to see him happy like before and she is not that weak that she will die with small accident, and that her life’s aim is to destroy Twinkle and her mother. The next morning, while Twinkle is leaving, she tells Kunj that she can go to the police station alone but Kunj says this is not the time to fight, and they should go together. Just then, a furious Surjeet goes as far as throwing money at Twinkle and Kunj from upstairs and tells Kunj that he will give his them as much money as they wants but to just ask his wife to take back the FIR complaint against his son Cherry.
Kunj picks up the money, puts it on the table and tells his uncle Surjeet to respect his wealth as he know it can be lost easily. Surjeet angrily leave. Manohar ask Kunj why is he not listening to Surjeet? He ask Twinkle what she is doing as she is helping Anita who tried to destroy her life, he reminds her that her son tried to kill Kunj on their wedding day and now she want to do this to the family's son for that Anita? Kunj says whatever they are doing, they are doing it for the betterment of the house only, he leaves with Kunj. Raman on the other hand inform Leela that he is proud of Twinkle, as their Twinkle is following the truth path as she wanted, he leave. Leela is please and says she is proud of Twinkle too but she will have to face problems in that way as she sent her relative in jail, and she have to talk to her. She calls Twinkle up. Twinkle gets happy seeing her mother calls and picks it up, she ask her mother to talk to her. Leela ask who she is? She apologises to Twinkle that she called her by mistake, and apologize to her again, she ends the call and cries, she wipes her tears and says she can't become weak as Twinkle will become weak too then, and she have to keep herself away from her and that's better for her. Twinkle meanwhile talks to herself that she know her mother didn't call her by mistake, she tells Kunj that her mother called her but didn't talk to her and she don't know why she is doing this with her, she cries while Kunj feels bad for her.
Later that day, Kunj comes to his mother-in-law’s house. Leela is happy to see him but Kunj jokingly scold her that it's not fair that she made her son-in-law her son but she moved away from her daughter. He tells her that he got related to this house only because of Twinkle and if she has no relation with this house then how can he be related to her? Leela once again angrily says she don't have any relation with that girl. Kunj says he know her relation is not that weak with her daughter and he knows he get pained when she is in pain, and this space will remove with time but he can't wait for that as he can't see them both sad so he will remove that space between her and Twinkle and that's a promise of a son, he leaves while Leela gets tensed.
Leela, Kunj, Twinkle and the rest of the Sarna's family are shocked as Surjeet introduce Anita as would be wife. Anita ask Leela if she not welcome her daughter’s half mother-in-law? She further tells Leela that she is her in-law now, she comes to Bebe and says she is the elder of the house and she want to take her blessing to become part of this family and asks Bebe to please bless her with her heart, she touches her feet to seek her blessings. Surjeet further announce that he will do the engagement with her tomorrow and it will be a great affair. Anita comes to Manohar and Usha and says she is their sister-in-law now and they can touch her feet to get blessing from her too. Anita further ask Usha how she is feeling to meet her senior sister-in-law? Usha is tensed.
