The South Gauteng High Court today, January 30, 2012 postponed the terrorism trial of Nigerian-born Henry Okah until October1, 2012 after he appeared in court in Johannesburg.
Prosecutor Shaun Abrahams requested an adjournment until October 1.
Okah is accused of masterminding two car bombings in Abuja on October 1, 2010 (Independence Day) where 12 people were killed and 36 injured. He was arrested in Johannesburg the following day.
