Africa Fashion Week debuts in London


Africa Fashion Week will make its debut in London in August. It is being organized by Rukkies Concept and produced by Mahogany Productions. The event will take place at Gibson Hall, London on August 5 & 6.
The two day event will show case over 60 designers from all over Africa who will display their original African fabrics and designs.
Africa Fashion Week London is a project designed to create a wide exposure and propagation of style, beauty and fashion from an African perspective, in a European environment, thereby creating an atmosphere for cultural exchange. It is a fusion of western and African cultures, through fashion.
Nigerian designers who will participate in the event are Daviva collection, House of Bruno, Ouch, hallero, Prima Rouge, House of Nwaocha, Fantazia clothing, J by Jack, House of J’ola, Berry Couture, St. Genevieve, Ahdookeeh and 1979.
