Pratibha gets worried about Kanika as he overhears what Kanika's boyfriend talked with Ranjit over the phone. In Swarn Bhawan, grandma is in temple and calls Shaili to clean the God's idol. Meanwhile the phone is ringing and grandma goes to pick it and it turns out to be Pratibha who calls to talk to Saraswati ( Grandma ). She tells her she's Pratibha, she is alive and want to talk to her right now. She also tells her that she is in Ujjain but grandma is so confused and talk to herself asking how could it be possible. Ranjit is seen passing there and hears the conversation between grandma and Pratibha. But Ranjit disconnects the line before she could tells grandma anything further.
