Pratibha tells Ranjit and Shaili that it's Pratibha who called her now but Ranjit rules it out as what she said as illusion. Jagmohan arrives and feels the same. When Karan comes there, he's bleeding and everyone asks him what happened?. He assures them that he is fine and tells Jagmohan about the woman which he told that she's following him is not trying to harm him rather she saved him today. Ranjit stops Jagmohan from informing the police. Jagmohan tells him to rest and all of them leaves while grandma gets worried about Abha as she's still in Delhi and have not arrived yet but Jagmohan tells her to rest.
Later at night, while grandma is resting in her room, Ranjit who plans on killing Saraswati ( grandma) arrives there and does the un-thinkable. He cuts off the electric wire of the bedlamp with an intention to kill Grandma. On the other hand, Karan is on steps speaking to Abha over the phone asking her to come back soon as he misses her and says she really care for everyone except him. Meanwhile, Ranjit complete his work and is out of the room. Karan is passing there but did not see his uncle, Ranjit coming out of his grandma's room. Moment later, grandma wakes up, she switches the bedlamp, she gets an electric shock and becomes unconscious. Karan arrives there and is shocked to see his grandma in that state and calls all the family members. Ranjit watches all this from behind the window.
Everyone gets worried and try to call the ambulance but they are on strike and Karan leaves to get the doctor. While Ranjit is so happy about all this, he goes to Kanika's room and sees that she's on phone with her boyfriend where Kanika informs Nikhil that she can't come for the party, but he insists that she must come at any cost. Kanika makes an idea and Prakash is seen waiting outside Swarn Bhawan to pick her and she leaves. Ranjit is also seen talking on phone with Pratibha, he threatens Pratibha to seek revenge by killing her family members one by one and asks how will she save her family now as her mother-in-law is counting her last moments and Kanika has gone out to meet her so called boyfriend and now Karan too is going out to get a doctor. He tells her that she has very little time to save Kanika and Karan and further asks whom will she save, Kanika or Karan. Pratibha is damn shocked and is thinking of what to do.
Pratibha is still worried about Kanika and Karan. Prakash drops Kanika at Nikhils house, she tells him to wait for her and go inside. Prakash want to go inside but stop himself as he remembers what Kanika said not to interfere in her matter and takes a backstep. On the other hand, Karan at the doctor's house but he's not there as he have gone for his visit. The doctor's wife inform Karan to wait as he may be coming soon. Karan has agree to wait since the doctor isn't available. Meanwhile, a man who is on bike is watching all his moves.
Everyone in SB is worried about grandma as they have found no docter yet. Pratibha too is worried and suddenly she searches for her phone numbers and sends an SMS to her husband Jagmohan that his daughter is not safe and he must look for her. Jagmohan is shocked as he receives the message asking him to save Kanika. He tries to call to that number back but she doesn't pick the call as he will recognize her voice. Jagmohan then asks Shaili where Kanika is?. She replied her father-in-law that she may be sleeping. A worried and concern Jagmohan goes to her room while Ranjit checks on whose number that called and says well played Pratibha that he will not let this opportunity to finish Kanika and Karan.
While Kanika and her boyfriend are alone, he offers her a drink and spikes Kanika's drink. Just when she is about to drink it, Prakash comes there to tells her that it's late and when he asks Kanika about going back home, she gets furious at him, humiliates him and tells him that she is the one who will decide and not him, she then tells him to get lost. Prakash gives her mobile which she forgot in his auto and leaves. Kanika's boyfriend named Nikhil has a handycam which he takes a video of Kanika in a compromising state as she's unconscious.
Vimal calls Karan up and informs him that he found a doctor and then tells him to come back home. Karan says okay and leaves. Pratibha too catches an auto and goes for Karan at the doctor's house. While Jagmohan and Yashodhara too are in car going to search for Kanika, Karan is driving home, he finds that someone is following him and looks back and as he turns, he finds somethings placed as to block the road,he gets confused and gets down of the car. While Karan tries to clear the blocked road and at the same time, Pratibha too arrives at the place in an auto and sees a speeding truck coming towards him so as to kill him. She goes and pushes him away and he keeps falling through slant place.
While Karan hangs to a cliff, Abha arrives at the spot. Pratibha helps her rescue Karan. Prakash goes to call Kanika since there are riots going on in the city. He finds her in a subconscious state and tries to save her from Nikhil. The doctor tells Karan that Grandma must've suffered an electric shock. Jagmohan and Pratibha bump into each other in Nikhil's house, but he does not see her. Nikhil tells Jagmohan that he doesn't know where Kanika is. Abha finds a broken wire and realizes that it was a conspiracy. Pratibha is please as she manage to saves both Kanika and Karan. Jagmohan sees Pratibha at the gate and asks her to accompany Yashodhara and him but she walks away.
