Crush Monday (MCM) is Mexican
actor and model, José Luis Reséndez Santos. The actor is a household name in Mexico and Latin America
entertainment industry.
His rise to fame began after
participating in the 2003 season of the Latin American version of the reality
show, Big Brother where he got known by millions.
Reséndez participated and won the
national male pageant, El Modelo Mexico competition and also represented his
country in Mister World 2003 pageant which held in London, where he finished as
the 3rd runner-up.
Nickname “Joe Reséndez” or simply
“Reséndez” by his friends, Reséndez,
40, has featured in more than 13 soap operas with international television
companies such as Televisa and Telemundo.
Popularly known as El Teca
Martínez for his role in Woman of Steel, Reséndez has appeared in many important television shows in Mexico and Latin America as a guest.

who interprets his roles effortlessly has built a career in acting over the
