Indira affirms her decision of meeting Rishi to Kulbhushan's wife while, Jamuna Tai notices their conversation. Jamuna Tai goes to Ammu and like always adds fuel to the fire (Ammu) ie they have to do what the priest said. She continues doing what she is best at and smirks. Nanda is on her way to take Indira’s clothes but she meets Jamuna on her way who asks her where she is heading to and redirects her. Indira comes out draped in a sari and asks Jamuna if she has seen Nanda, she again directs her to the wrong room. Indira goes to the room where she has been guided by Nanda, she is surprised to see Rishi pinned to the ground by Beera Kulbhushan who is seriously hurting him.
Indira as fast as a hare runs to help Rishi. She jerks him off her husband and reprimands him for hurting him. Beera reprimands her for coming outside and stopping a mans game. The wrestlers and guards look down. Jamuna runs to Ammu and informs her where Indira is and her code of dressing. Ammu is shocked and rushes down angrily.

Indira is still reprimanding Beera for his doing but Rishi has been quiet the whole time. Ammu comes outside and reprimands Indira because of the way she is dressed and for causing comotion. Rishi is about to go to Indira but he is stopped. Indira covers her head with her veil, Jamuna says that’s disgusting. Indira tells them that Jamuna was the one who directed her here after all she is new here. Jamuna interve and says since she is a house help the blame is shifted on her. Rishi disagrees with her, Indira is shocked seeing her lying like this but her voice isn’t heard. Ammu questions the topic of shagun but Indira is not aware of all this. Rishi starts scolding Indira and commands her to live by the rules of the house. Indira is hurt and sad by this. She tries to defend herself but she isn’t heard.
Indira tells Rishi she came there unintentionally and she accept that she made mistake, but no one wants to listen to her and that he is right that she shouldn’t stay here. Indira apologizes to Ammu and says, she may not be able to keep up with their tradition and morals. She touches Ammu’s leg and leaves from the wrestling zone. She turns back, probably hoping someone will stop her, but no one says anything.

Sungantha comes and gives phone to Indira and it’s turn out to be Kutumb’s call. Indira hopes that she will say that everyone is missing her, but Kutumb says everyone is happy without her and it’s good if she doesn’t come back anytime soon. She taunts Indira that she didn’t prove to be a good daughter, but she is mother in end and when her paternal throws her out of their house, she can come back home and their door will always be open for her. Indira tells her mother not to worry that she won’t come there. Kutumb’s smile disappears on hearing this as her plan went wrong. Indira continues, that her bitter talks only encourage her to stay with her in-laws and also make her realize that she can’t even cry for herself. She finally tells her mother to be happy there but she won’t come back crying and hang up the phone. An upset Indira comes crying to her room and remembers her memories with her mother. She then sees saree on her bed and remembers Rishi’s words, which says if she can’t fulfill the house’s traditions and morals, then there is no point of living there.

Ammu tells Rishi, it’s better if their house matters stay inside their house and further instruct him to go and explain to his wife as today’s girl don’t know what she is made of. Rishi tells her, not to worry that he will explain to her. As Rishi is going, Indu stops him. She tells him, that she thought he was very good, but he is not that good either and he said so much. She asks if he scolded Indira Rishi Kumar so she loses the challenge?. She remind her father that he used to love her so much in Chandni Chowk and asks where that love go?. Rishi is quiet and couldn't say anything to his daughter. Indira meanwhile is back in her regular dress and looking in the mirror. Rishi comes there and looks at her. Indira sees him from the mirror as well.

Back in Sharma Niwas, Sunaina is crying of hunger and Seher brings her a plate of food. Just when she is about to eat, Meher comes there and takes the plate from her saying she can’t eat her food, moreover she says it's better she gives food to dogs. She throws the food away and smirks. Sunaina and Seher are both sad seeing this. Seher tries to beg for food from Meher but she is pushed by her, luckily Munna arrives there and holds Seher. He asks Meher how dare she push his child, an angry Munna is about to slap her but Kutumb comes in between and reprimands him for misbehaving with their source of money, food etc. Munna asks her why is she stopping him. Kutumb says because of her money. Meher says that she will only provide for them if only Munna goes down on his knees and apologize to her. Munna bluntly refuses to her request. Sunaina and Kutumb tries to convince him but he doesn’t listen to them. Surprisingly the duo manages to make Munna kneel down. On seeing this, Meher is on cloud nine as she smirks. Munna stands up and proudly says that his sister, Indira can never be replaced by a person like her pointing at Meher. He continues that she could never stand seeing his brother being humiliated like this.

In Jhwala Nivas, both Rishi and Indira are still standing facing the mirror. Indira then goes to continue packing her bags. Rishi asks what is all this but Indira ignores him, she goes near the window and sees Tauji running after a calf. Rishi comes near her and smiles as he sees his Tauji in that situation. Indira leaves from there. Rishi then hides her bag behind the bed’s head and he also leaves.

Indira comes outside, she fixes her thambi and goes to the calf, she catches it as she sees Tauji and realizes her head is not covered she pulls a stole hunging on a piece of wood and covers her head. Tauji is seen fixing his trousers and Indira who is struggling to accept the old-fashioned rules of the Chandela family brings the calf to him. He thanks her and calls the calf mischievous, he then shows her to buffalo cows which are pregnant, he explains to her that when a girl is married she must try and fit in in her paternal home. She must not give up so easily, she must not leave, she must stay and fight with all the hurdles she will face and so on. Indira smiles and takes blessings from Tauji and leaves from there. Rishi is shown hiding behind a wall.

As Indira enters the house, she remembers Tauji ‘s talk while they were both at all corners of the house as she goes to her room, she takes the saris on top of her bed and a song on paternal home plays in the background, she wears a beautiful pink sari. She is also seen fixing her veil, Rishi comes in and help her place the veil on her head. They have a good time together. He applies vermilion on her forehead, helps her wear earrings and waistlace. They have an eyelock and Indira then tells him she has not forgiven him yet. Rishi tries to persuade her but she doesn’t accept. He then pulls her to him and they have an eye lock she then push him and run away. While the Jagotians are having dinner, Indira is also going there. Rishi comes there and starts flirting with her. They then enter the dining room holding each other and this shocks everyone. Ammu stares at them.

As everyone is looking at them, Rishi sees them and is shocked. Indira asks him what happened. She then looks back and she ls also shocked to see everyone eying them, Rishi tries to explain themselves but Ammu stops him. Veeru teases Rishi. Ammu informs them that there will be a prayer ceremony tomorrow morning, Indira wants to say something but Rishi doesn’t let her. Everyone leaves the Dining Room, Veeru asks Rishi if he is coming. Rishi is about to follow him but the Iron Lady who is a born fighter seems that the family may be stronger, she stops him and questions him as to why he has lied to Ammu, she tells him that he know that she don’t believe in prayers. Rishi tries to reason with her but she wants to go and tell Ammu she doesn’t want to do the prayers. Rishi tells her they will tell everyone later because they are angry now. He then starts flirting with her.

Ammu is in a deep sleep, snoring in her room and outside her room, Veeru, Beera and Jamuna’s daughter are looking inside her room, investigating if Ammu is asleep. Veeru says that Aloo always works in this case and they smile. Indu comes there and ask them what they are doing there?. They tell her to keep it low and tells her to follow them. Veeru then informs them they will play the music pillow game for her sister-in-law. Indu is super excited. Jamuna is drinking something while hiding it. Both Rishi and Indira comes down the stairs, Nanda takes Indira and Beera pulls Rishi and teases him. He gives him a glass of alcohol. Indira asks him what is that?. Rishi says just this much and they start their game. The music starts and the pillow is passed in the room and the music stops. Nanda has the pillow and she sings a beautiful love song for her husband. Rishi takes Beera and makes him sit next to her and interlocks his hand. Beera jerks his hand from Nanda and goes and sit on a chair. Nanda feel sad seeing her husband behavior towards her. Indira holds her hand. Veeru tells them to continue. The music starts and the pillow is passed again and accidentally lands on Tauji’s hand and the music stops. At first everyone applauds him but they are shocked when Tauji stands up very angry and throws the pillow to Veeru .

Surprisingly, Tauji starts to dance and everyone applauds him, he then smiles and sits down. The game continues and Beera catches it and is disappointed, but he stands up and starts dancing and singing and everyone joins him. Meanwhile Indu sees Jamuna drinking something, Indu goes to investigate but Jamuna doesn’t let her. She tells her to look on and takes the bottle from her and rinse away and runs out. Jamuna tries to follow her but in vain but Indu is too fast for her. Indu goes out and is happy after fooling Jamuna, she opens the door to the cowshed and sees someone there. Indu is scared and runs back to the house. The family members dance, Indu enters and Veeru carries her and dance with her. Jamuna purposely pushes her daughter who falls on Rishi. They continue dancing and Indira asks Rishi if Ammu won't mind, he tells her no and they continue to dance.

The next morning, Ammu is busy supervising the preparation for the prayer and ask where everyone is. Jamuna comes there, who is asked where she has been?. She is covering her mouth all along. She is then commanded to go get both Rishi and Indira. She goes. The duo are sleeping and she starts singing a song and says, she took away Rk from her daughter, and tells her to see what she will do to her?. Everything is ready for the prayer and everyone are waiting for Indira and Rishi since the worship ritual is arranged for them. Ammu says that no one in this house has ever risen or comes late.
