He tells her the entire conversation he had with Abhi and that his behaviour clearly says that Pragya is more important to him than anything. Tanu is shocked to hear all this. He also asks Tanu to accept the truth and to move on in life as Abhi will never accept her, Abhi loves Pragya. Tanu angrily shuts him up and switches off the phone. Purabh overhears her conversation and taunts her that her plan of proving Pragya inferior is being backfired.
Purabh also tells her that she did a good thing calling Rocky since Abhi is more sensitive, caring and protective towards Pragya now. He asks her to count the days and go back home without marrying Abhi. Aaliya overhears everything. Abhi drops Pragya home in the evening. Pragya gets down from the car but her veil gets stuck in the door. Instead of opening the car door, she pulls her veil and tears it. Abhi starts kicking his car to make Pragya laugh. He helps her and says that he doesn’t want Pragya to go, also tells her that he always wants to see her smile. She tells him that she is always happy around him and further says it is late, if she won’t go home then her mother will file a missing complaint. He asks her to stay and starts walking with her. They have a cute conversation as he says girls look best in bridal dress, and he puts the veil around her head. He says but every dress looks like bridal dress on her. Pragya smiles. Abhi is wondering why he feels so secure around her. They part ways as he walks towards his car and she walks towards her home. She decides to go the Shah Rukh Khan way of finding out that he loves her and keeps saying ' palat palat palat' in her head. And obviously, he turns. Beeji wakes Pragya up in the morning and teases her for spending so much time with Abhi. Meanwhile, Abhi sneaks into Tanu's room going through her clothes as he plans to steal one of the dress and picking one out for Pragya. He is glad that Tanu is not in the room. He wants Pragya to try Tanu’s dress to look stylish, he thinks that Tanu will not know if one dress goes missing in her wardrobe. Just then, Tanu walks in the room and gets surprised to see Abhi in her room. Abhi hides the dress in his jacket.
Tanu gets happy and asks him what he was doing in her room and he tells her that he was just looking for her. He changes the topic and tells her that she has lost weight. She asks him how he thought of her today and asks if he thought of her because of their bachelor's party. Abhi is distracted thinking about how to drive Tanu away. She hugs Abhi and asks him if he has put on weight since she finds Abhi’s tummy uneven and fat. She removes her dress from his jacket and angrily asks him for an explanation. Beeji tells Pragya how she hid herself as Pragya sneaked in the house late at night.
Beeji tells Pragya how she tricked Sarla into sleeping early and Sarla overhears her. They start bickering. Sarla tells Pragya that she had also not slept and saw how Abhi took care of Pragya the other night. They start teasing her and she blushes. Pragya tells them how Abhi wanted her to turn into a modern girl. Beeji understands Abhi's plan but the other two don't. Tanu interrogates Abhi about why he was stealing her dress. He makes an excuse but she starts flirting with her. She thinks that he was fantasising about her in the dress and he gets scared. She asks him to lie down and she'll walk in the dress for him. Abhi gets worried that Tanu will start seducing him now. Tanu comes out wearing the dress and Abhi tells her that she is looking good. She asks him to feel her and he tells her that she misunderstood him. Abhi decides to take her out shopping and pick something for Pragya over there. Abhi enters Pragya's house with a couple of other girls and lots of clothes.
Abhi introduces all the girls to Pragya and family. Abhi tells everyone that he went to shop with Tanu and everything that she bought, he picked the same in another size for Pragya. Beeji picks out the clothes and everyone is shocked to see how skimpy they are. Sarla, Beeji and Janki awkwardly look at the clothes. Abhi picks a little black dress to make Pragya look hot and cool. Beeji excitedly asks Pragya to try it on and takes Sarla inside. Sarla tells Beeji that she is so used to seeing Pragya in traditional clothes that she feels weird seeing her in modern clothes.
Pragya opens her eyes after the makeover and Abhi compliments her. She looks at herself and cringes. She ruins her eye makeup when she feels something in her eyes and Abhi gets disappointed with her. He lashes out at her and humiliates her. He leaves outside to attend a call and Pragya looks at the mirror to realise what she has done.
Abhi goes to Pragya’s room asking her why she was crying, just because her make up is spoiled. Pragya says sorry as is not able to carry the style in which Abhi wants to see her and all his hardwork has been ruined and his trust is broken. Abhi says it wasn’t like that and he still has faith in her. He knew that her upbringing was so strong that it was impossible for her to change. He says he just wanted to change people’s behaviour towards her, he just wanted to prove that she is no less than anyone. He consoles Pragya and says that he likes her innocence, good nature and simplicity. He asks her to forget everything and be in her original form as she is unique and different. Pragya smiles and tries to cheer up as Sanam Re song plays in the background. He shows her photo and asks if she remembers when it was clicked. Abhi says it was her first meeting picture and says she is the same even now and will not change as she is unique and different from others. He invites her for the party, and she can wear anything you want and will feel good. Pragya asks if he want her to come as she is.
Pragya looks at the dress in the mirror and thinks she can’t wear it, never. Tanu goes to Pragya’s home and asks Beeji about Pragya. Beeji doesn’t let her meet Pragya but when Tanu sees the shopping bags in the living room, she gets angry. She asks if Abhi gave these dresses to Pragya and says she will not leave her. She goes to Pragya’s room and mocks at her. She sees Pragya covering her legs with a cloth, she laughs at her and says not everyone can carry short dresses like her. She insults Pragya very badly. She says that Pragya is a less confident girl who tries to look like her. She says that it is not possible for Pragya to copy her style. She asks her to use her mind and says that Pragya can wear clothes like her, but from where will she get attitude and the class. She adds that Rocky had correctly said that Pragya looks like a servant and she ( Tanu ) wants to hear the same thing from Abhi too. She says Abhi respects Pragya, but sees her ( Tanu ) as his life partner. She asks Pragya not to come for her bachelor party as she doesn’t want to get embarrassed because of Pragya as her friends call Pragya ‘behenji’ so it's better if she doesn’t show her face at Abhi and her combined bachelor party. Pragya is standing like a stone, she doesn’t utter a single word to Tanu. She adds on that if she come even by mistake then she will humiliate her so much infront of her friends that she will not show her face to others, calling her behenji. Beeji comes there and makes Tanu falls down. She asks her to walk properly on land.
At Abhi’s house, Aaliya and Purabh have an argument where Aaliya tells Purabh that he can’t be successful even if he tries hard. She says tomorrow is Abhi and Tanu’s bachelor and bachelorette party, and they will be marrying soon. She adds on that Purabh plan will not work, and it will be like his farewell party with Pragya. Purabh says he don’t want to make any plan, as his last plan’s result is affecting Abhi. He has become more caring and protective towards Pragya and started loving her even more, but Aaliya couldn’t see being heartless. Tanu comes there and tells them that she saw Pragya trying to become like her. Tanu is so proud and overconfident in her external beauty that she makes fun of Pragya. She tells Purabh and Aaliya that she has challenged Pragya to come for her party with a ‘behenji’ type face. She says that she has shown Pragya her real position in Abhi’s life and Pragya understood that she is lost, and says she couldn’t reply her anything. Tanu and Aaliya laugh and say that Abhi tried to do Pragya’s make over, and thought she can become classy like them. Tanu says Abhi tried to make a crow look peacock. Aaliya laughs. Purabh is worried for Pragya and looks on angrily as Tanu and Aaliya make fun of Pragya. They says farewell to Purabh. Purabh thinks what Tanu did in Pragya’s home.
Abhi is waiting for Pragya in the party and asks Purabh if she is in some problem. He is worries about Pragya as she did not pick his and Purabh's call. Aaliya says it is good she did not come as the theme for the party is western and she will feel uncomfortable here. Tanu is happy Pragya has realized she is down market. Abhi agrees with them. Purabh feels his plan is not working and he needs to do something else to bring Abhi and Pragya close.
Everyone is enjoying at the party and suddenly all eyes fix at a girl coming down the stairs. Aaliya asks Abhi if he has called a celebrity since the girl has grabbed all attention. Abhi says even he does not know who the beautiful girl is. The girl walks up to Abhi and everyone is surprised to see Pragya! The men at the party go gaga over Pragya's hot looks. Pragya asks Abhi how she is looking. Abhi feels he wanted to change Pragya so that Purabh keeps all his attention on her but now even he himself cannot take his eyes off Pragya's beauty. Pragya asks Abhi to dance with her. Abhi says everyone is only looking at Pragya as she is looking very beautiful. He says even girls are feeling jealous of her beauty. Abhi says he feels like forgetting that she is Purabh's girlfriend.
Tanu is almost crying, she asks Aalia to do something. She says Pragya has changed her appearance to win Abhi. As Tanu and Aaliya are baffled. Tanu says Pragya has flopped her planning as she had thought she would attract Abhi in this party but he is all-eyes only for Pragya and is scared that Abhi will become Pragya’s devotee forever. Aaliya gets angry with Tanu for going to Pragya's house. She says she should not have celebrated till she wins completely. Aaliya says Tanu has brought Abhi and Pragya closer. She says she is fed up of Tanu and her stupid plans, as she has no counter plan to defeat Pragya now. She says Tanu has lost this time.
