They tells her that they are sending her to her husband and just when one of them is about to stab her, other suggests they should take her to the other side and not murder her out the police station. They asks her if she really love her husband then then they will send her to him. Luckily for Bindiya, a media van arrives just when they wants to cut her throat and the goons are forced to flee. Poonam comes as well. The media questions Bindiya about the matter asking who wanted to kill her and Bindiya does not hesitate in saying that Mithilesh had tried to get her killed. The constable calls the inspector who is sitting with Monohar and Mithilesh and assures Bindiya that they are coming there and she don't have to worry. The inspector tells Mithilesh that he didn’t have to do this as he wanted him to do what he want and he sent his thugs to kill her there. Mithilesh is surprise and says he haven’t and he could kill her himself. He then tells the inspector to talk to his grandfather Manohar. The Inspector informs him that the media has reached their station and this will be a breaking news. He politely tells Mithilesh that he can't help him anymore, he apologizes to him and he leaves.
The media again asks Bindya what she want?. She explains to them that she came to the station to file an FIR as Mithilesh has killed her husband, he was jealous of Priyom and wanted to be Bahubali of Begusari but she never thought he would kill him. She adds on that Mithilesh bribed the cops and these thugs would have killed her we as well if they didn’t come. Mitlesha asks Manohar taunji what to do now?. He tells Mithilesh to go home.
The media reveal to Bindiya that a girl called them and told them about the attack on her. Poonam recalls that she saw the thugs going towards the police station and she called the media. Bindiya realizes that Poonam was the one who had saved her life by calling the media at the right time and tells Poonam that she won't forget her favors. She hugs her. Meanwhile, the cops are still trying to break the door. They come out and demand to know what is happening and order the media to go from the station. The inspector comes there and the reporters ask him questions. Unable to bear the pressure of the media, the Inspector is forced to announce that Mithilesh will be arrested and says he went to Badi's house to record her statements and he will get the arrest warrants and arrest Mithilesh. The inspector adds that till then the media should please stop all this and allow the law to prevail. Bindiya is dazed.
Lakhan asks Poonam how Bindya is?. She tells him she was worried now. He then informs her that he saw it on TV and asks if Poonam is okay. He tells her to drink milk since she haven’t eaten anything. But Poonam refuses him since she is still upset with him. Laakan gets furious and bluntly tells her that he is not requesting her but he is asking her. Left with no choice, she takes the milk from him. Lakhan tells her not to too much shat she need rest. Poonam tells him that she is doing fine. Lakhan takes the glass form her and asks if she is right or wrong?. And who is he to judge that?. He remind Poonam that she said that if this gives Bindiya satisfaction then who are they to stop her and that Bindiya will be at peace after investigation. Lakhan then direct the question to Poonam that she is doing right in supporting her and that doing this all is not forcing her ( Poonam) against the family nor Bindiya. He know it's not easy but Bindiya will feel like someone is there for her without asking any questions. He want this to solve and whatever happens tomorrow, she ( Poonam) need to rest to fight it. The song ‘Ore Piya’ plays in background.
Manohar gets a call and is really dazed. He calls Mithilesh up and assures him that he is. going to be Bahubali of Begusarai because he ( Mithilesh) growl like lion and this will create stress and further tells him not to anything in return. Mitlesh says yes. The inspector announce to the Thakus that he is going to arrest Mithilesh. Maya says this is not right and plead with Badi Amma to do something. The servant comes there and informs Badi Amma that the police are outside. The media assures Bindiya that they are with her. She thank them that it is possible for them and her war doesn’t end here.
The media asks the inspector if he is there to arrest Mithilesh. Inspector Bhola who arrives with the arrest warrant goes inside the house and apologise to Badi Amma that he is at her house to arrests Mithilesh. He explains to h3r that he cant help her as it's involved the media now. So Miithilesh has to come with them now. On hearing this, Maya calls out to Badi Amma to do something. Badi Amma tells the inspector that she will call Mithilesh. At the same time, Mithilesh comes downstairs and the inspector tells him that he is under arrest. Mithilesh touches his groundmother's feet for blessing. Badi Amma assures her grandson that he will be out soon and not to worry. Mithilesh follow the cops and is forced to go through the crowd of media, who questions him but Mithilesh refuses to answer any of them. The inspector tells them media to let them do their work and assurring them that they will know the truth soon. They leave. Bindiya comes there and sees Mitlesh. Maya is sobbing for her husband. Bindiya angrily look at Mitlesh’s face. After Mithilesh is taken away, Badi Amma stops Bindiya and expresses her disappointment towards Bindiya for being adamant on sending Mithilesh to jail and adding that she have made fun of them. She replied Badi that Mithilesh made fun of her husband by saying he did it by mistake. Badi Amma asks her if she have another mission by doing this. Bindiya says yes that the mission is there and Mithilesh should feel the pain he gave her. Badi Amma remind Bindiya that she is hurting the family that trusted her. Bindya says the trust that died with Priyom. Finally Bindiya and Badi Amma confront each other as Badi makes up her mind to release Mithilesh from the prison and swear on that, whereas Bindiya decides to fight against Mithilesh and sworn something too that she will get his murderer behind bars. She challenge Badi to see whose promise is stronger. Badi Amma who doesn't want to lost another grandsons stare at her and goes in. Poonam comes to Bindiya and takes her in and offer to bring her something to eat. Bindiya recalls her moments with Priyom.
Mithilesh is in lock up and continues to miss Priyom and his death seems to effect him terribly as he recalls Priyom dying and the shot bullet from his gun. He talk to himself that Bindiya should do what she want and she can't give him more painful punishment than losing Priyom. He keep talking to himself that if there is one way that could bring Priyom back and blame himself that he should have listened to him and asks him to come back to his brother. Just then, he hears Priyom’s voice and sees Priyom standing in front of him. Priyom tells him he wish he could come back and he wish he had listened to him. Mithilesh promise to listen to him and request him not to go and that he don't permit him to go. Suddenly Priyom disappears. The inspector tells his constable that Mithilesh wanted to work with Khera and asks if it's the same Patna one?. The constable asks if he is in begusarai?. Inspector Bhola then decides to catch Khera, the person responsible for this chaos and tells his constable that he want to see who this Khera is and order him to bring his file.
Maya asks what will happen to her kids now as he is crying. Lakhan begs Maya to control herself. Guddi tries to console her too. Badi Amma says she have decided something. She tells them that she have seen her one son dying and she wont see other’s life ruined. Badi Amma then plans to twist the truth of Priyom's death in order to get Mithilesh acquitted and tells her family that they have to be united to save Mithilesh. They have to give statement that Priyom died in accident and not with a bullet. Guddi try to disregard this but Badi Amma point out to her that they will lose Mithilesh with buts. They should have save statement and they will say priyom met with an accident and that is why they didn’t get post mortem done and did his funeral without informing the police. She adds on that they will says Mithilesh was in the house doing the incident. Poonam comes there and asks if they would lie to the cops and asks how will they lie to their conscience. She tries to convince that she dont know if it was intentional or not but all she saw was Mithilesh shot Priyom. Badi Amma who knows that Bindiya with the help of Poonam, gets Mithilesh taken into custody asks Poonam if the bullet was fired then she should brings a gun and threatened to kill herself. She raise her voice on Poonam that she can't bear losing another son and she will rather kill herself.
Badi Amma threatens to kill herself when Poonam disobeys her. Laakhan and everyone is shocked to see Badi pointing a gun at head. Poonam is asked to choose between Bindiya and the family but Lakhan manage to get the gun from his grandmother and scold her for her action. Poonam starts to weep seeing the family's reaction but Laakhan consoles her, holds her hand, wipes her tears and assures her his support in whatever decision she takes. That night, Bindiya sees Priyom’s picture and cries. She recalls their moments together and falls asleep. Some unknown masked men appear and threaten to kill Bindiya. Poonam also goes to Bindiya's room and notices two goons entering Bindiya's room in order to kill her. Lakhan arrives on time, grabs Poonam’s mouth and tells her to be quite. Poonam tells Lakhan they are here to kill Bindiya. Lakhan assures her that nothing will happen to her. Lakhan saves Bindiya, goes after the thugs and hits them.
Choti Amma hears the voice and asks who is there?. Bhushan says it was from Bindiya’s room. Lakahn beats the thugs down. Poonam turns the lights on. Bhushan comes there and asks what is happening here?. Lakhan tells them that the thugs now attack house. Despite the fact that the entire family collects together listening to the commotion but surprisingly Badi Amma shows no concern towards Bindiya.
Choti Amma says in her heart that time could be Sarah ( Badi Amma ) behind all this?. Badi Amma tells everyone that it's late and tells them to go and sleep. Poonam comfort Bindiya to buck up and take care of herself. She tells her to rest that she is leaving. Poonam thanks Laakhan for saving Bindiya's life. He tells her not to say that and encourage her that as long as she is with Bindiya, nothing can happen to her. Poonam wish him good night and they both look at each other and leave.
Maya reads papers about Mithilesh’s case. Badi Amma tells Maya that it's enough and inform her that the lawyer says they will convince the judge and Mithilesh would be free and Bindiya will lose the case.
Bindiya tells the lawyer all this happened as her Priyom’s death. The lawyer tells her that he can’t take the case and she asks why?. He lie to Bindiya that he will be out of the city. She is not convince and tells the lawyer that she know what he is trying to say and scold him that a cowards like him can’t do this. She tries to convince different lawyers but no one listens to her.
A woman named Neha tells her secretary to inform Bindiya to meet her. Bindiya comes to her office. The lawyer PA asks her to wait. Bindiya inquire who Neha is and she hope she helps her. Neha tells Bindiya that she have called to help her. She tells Bindiya to sit down and relax. She politely tells Bindiya that she want her to win her case. She further assured her that she haven’t lost a case in 10 years. Bindiya is shocked and asks how she got to know about her case?. She smiles.
