Khera is abducted somewhere and he asks who dared to do this to him?. Manohar 'tauji' comes face to face with Khera, who is now tied up and the moment Khera sees him, he apologizes to Manohar to forgive him. Monohar tells him to do the enmity but he keep the space so that they can see each others eyes. Manohar 'tauji' holds Khera responsible for Priyom's death who has gone to God and Mithilesh being in prison. Khera tells him that he is sorry. Manohar asks Khera if he will give him money in return of his sons?. He finally kills Khera by stabing him with hot knife.
Badi Amma prays for Mithilesh's release and orders all the family members to give their statement that Priyom had been killed in an accident. Moments later, Bindiya is seen coming in and rings the bell in the temple. and praying for justice. Badi Amma challenges her that her prayers will not be answered. Bindiya asks if it's because she didn’t give in so much money. She taunts Badi that she have everything but what she ( Bindiya) had was taken from her and remind Badi that God does justice to everyone. Badi Amma says they will see and she will do anything to save Mithilesh.
Mithilesh arrives at court with cops. The entire Thakur family collect at the court where Mithilesh' lawyer Avinash tells Badi Amma that Mithilesh bail has been rejected and is not that easy in murder case. He then tells them not to worry that he will end this case in the first hearing and he got to know that Bindiya doesn’t have a lawyer. He further asks Badi why is she worried and tells her to convince her family for the statement. He later congrats Badi that she have won the case already and assures her that Mithilesh will be released.
As the hearing starts, Poonam is outside with Bindiya. Poonam asks Bindiya where her lawyer is?. She tells Bindiya to call her lawyer or else the case would be closed. At the same time, Neha enters the trial room. Bindiya enters with her and the lawyer is dazed. Poonam comes in and sits with Lakhan. Mithilesh comes as well. Neha tells the judge that the case is clear as water that Mithilesh Thakur killed Priyom to get the Bahubali post of Begusarai. Mithilesh's objection it but the judge tells him to let her speak first. Neha thank the judge and continue that Mithlesh killed his brother in name of mistake and also tried to remove all the proofs. She tells the judge that the inspector was bribed and didn’t even want to write FIR. But under media pressure he had to. Mithilesh's lawyer stand up and claim that Mithilesh was not a murdered and tells the judge that Priyom was killed in an accident.
Mithilesh' lawyer Avinash accuses Bindiya of trying to get hold of the Thakur family's property. He further openly mocks her character before the public and the judge too finds the case to be an open and shut case. But Bindiya who realises she has entered into war with the entire Thakur family says there is a proof and produces a bullet and announces that the bullet was taken out of Priyom's lifeless body ( ashes ). She further states that the bullet had been fired from Mithilesh' gun. Mithilesh's lawyer is shocked as she presents the bullet which killed Priyom to the judge and Bindiya how can she be sure that this was in Mithlesh’s body. The judge says the case is on hold and sends the bullet for testing and announces that the case will proceed once the tests are done.
Neha tells Bindya to thank God that she brought that bullet and it saved the case for them and that she should have told her before. Bindiya says she forgot to. Neha tells her to be careful next time and further tells her that they will need Poonam’s statement after the tests. Neha clearly tells Bindiya that no matter what, Poonam shouldn’t back out. Bindiya says she will try her best.
Mithilesh' family starts to wonder about where the bullet had come from. Maya tells Badi that the bail is rejected as well and what if the bullet is proved. Badi Amma remind her that Avinash is fighting the case and after today’s hearing, she feel like Mithilesh would be home very soon. Choti amma says they will be proved liars if the bullet is proved to be Mithilesh’s gun. Badi Amma scold her not to talk negative. Bindiya comes home and Bhushan decides to talk to the lawyer again.
Maya comes to Bindiya and pleads with her to forgive Mithilesh for his mistake and adds that if he is sentenced to death then she won't be able to live without him. Bindiya refuses saying she can't live either. Maya tries to convince her that she know her pain and asks if this would bring Priyom back?. But mitlesh can be saved. Bindiya blunt out that Priyom went to save Mithithilesh and died. But still no one is thinking about Priyom. Maya tells her that what she want doesn’t happen always. Bindiya says same could be said to her ( Maya) and that everyone is so busy in saving Mithilesh that she forgot it's Priyom’s fouth. But she will definitely get him justice. Maya gets furious hearing this and tells Bindiya to fight for her husband and she will fight for hers. Bindiya leaves there angrily. Maya again begs her not to do this. She cries and tells Bindiya to think about her kids but she ignore.
Bindiya comes to Poonam’s room and cries. She tells Poonam that Maya wanted her to forgive mithilesh. Poonam encoy her not to listen to anyone and do what her heart says. Bindiya informs her that they would need her ( Poonam ) statement when the test reports come and she should tell them she saw Mithilesh shooting his brother. She then asks Poonam if she will give her statement and plead with her to say something. She adds on that she need to know if she will get Priyom's justice?. Poonam is quite and she nods. Bindiya happily hugs her.
Poonam comes to Badi Amma and massages her feet. She reminds Badi that when Priyom wanted to convince her for something, he used to do this. Badi Amma asks Poonam what she mean?. Poonam tells Badi she want to go to court and give her statement. Badi Amma says she can't do that. Poonam tries to convince her that Bindya just wants investigation and if Mithilesh is innocent, he will be out and Bindiya would be peaceful and she will be connected to them again. Badi Amma angrily tells her to shut up and says she don't want this family to go through that phase again. Poonam says that won't happen but Badi Amma shout at her that it's enough. Poonam asks her to just allow her once. Badi tells her to leave. Lakhan tells his grandmother that Poonam won't go anywhere and declare that she will go to court and give her statement.
Laakhan openly announces his support for Poonam and declares that anyone going against her will have to go through him first. That night, Bindiya recalls Neha telling her about the importance of that gun from which Mithlesh fired the shot. She vows that for Priyom she will find that gun. She goes in Maya’s room and tries to look for Mithilesh' gun but realizes that Maya has hidden the gun away as Maya confront her and asks what she think that after all this she will keep the gun here and further says she have placed it somewhere. Bindya says she will find it one way or the other.
Next morning, Badi Amma does the prayer and gives prasad to Maya. Maya tells her that it's hearing time. Badi Amma doesn’t give prasad to Poonam. Bindiya tells Poonam that because of her they are against her ( Poonam). Poonam tells her that God is with them and getting or not getting prasad doesn’t matter but she want everything to be fair. Bindiya says so do she. Lakhan tells Poonam he is taking out the jeep and she replied that she is coming and pray to God to help her. Bindiya goes out and a servant informs Poonam that Lakhan is calling her in garage. Poonam who decides to testify in court, little did she know who would be standing in her way says okay and he follows her. On getting there, she asks where Lakhan is and he shoves her inside and locks the door. Lakhan comes with the jeep and asks the servant where Poonam is?. He lie to him that she left with Bindiya. Lakhan comes inside and looks for Poonam. But the servant insist that she has left. Lakhan leaves as well but he is unaware that Poonam is prohibited from going to the court and is locked into the store room instead.
The court case begins and Bindiya is shocked to learn that the bullet she had produced to the court had no traces of Priyom's blood on them as the judge says there was no report in the forensic report and the bullet was burnt completely. Neha is dazed too but both Bindiya and Neha fails to realize that Manohar 'tauji' has changed the reports of the forensic tests. Meanwhile, Manohar called the laboratory where it was being tested and asked them to exchange the reports. The judge tells Mithilesh's lawyer to call his witnesses in and he calls Badi as her first witness. Avinash asks Badi where was her when Priyom met with the accident. Neha object it that it was murder and not accident. Mithilesh's lawyer says the bullet proved nothing yet and they claim it's a murder. The judge overrules Bindiya's lawyer. Badi Amma lie that they were all in the house celebrating Priyom’s birthday when the news came that Priyom met with an accident. He asks where Mithilesh was at that time?. Badi Amma says he was in house with them.
Avinash then point it out to the judge that it be be noted that when Mithilesh was in the house then how can he shoot Priyom somewhere outside. He turns to Neha that she can ask Badi whatever she want. Neha asks Badi Amma if she is Priyom’s mother?. She declined and says she is his grandmother. Neha again asks Badi how much she love Priyom?. Badi Amma proudly says he was part of her and she could do anything if that will brings him back. Neha then asks Badi how can she not want justice for him?. Avinash tells the judge that Neha is manipulating her witness. Bhushan says the same thing. Neha then says she would like to have Lakhan in the witness box. Lakhan says he will say the truth. Neha asks where was he when Priyom was murdered and what happened there?. Lakhan explain that Priyom had a bullet and he brought him home. Avinash blunt out that Lakhan Lakhan hated Priyom because Priyom loved his wife, Poonam. And now he wants to be Bahubali of Begusarai so he is trying to cash Priyom’s death. Lakhan gets furious hearing this and warn Avinash not to dare takes his wife’s name. Neha finally request to call Poonam who is an eye witness of the murder but Poonam is nowhere to be find. Bindiya talk to herself and asks where Poonam is?.
