Bhagya (The Fate of Our Stars) is an Indian romantic drama
television series which is a spin-off of the popular show Kumkum Bhagya (Twist of Fate) showing presently on Zee World.
The series narrates the story of
Pragya’s long lost sisters Preeta and Srishti, their attempt to find their
mother, Sarla, and the relationship dynamics which lead to their acquaintance
with the rich and famous “Luthra” family.
The elder son of the Luthra family,
Rishabh Luthra, owns a celebrity management firm which manages rockstar
Abhishek Mehra, and his younger brother, Karan Luthra, is a famous cricketer.
Both have a strong brotherly bond.
In a parallel arc, Shrishti constantly
feels like the baby of the family and feels like her mother does not love her as
much as she does Pragya and Preeta. This proves to always be a constant topic
when Sarla and Shrishti fight. She also meets Sameer, Karan and Rishabh's
cousin, whom she initially butt heads with. They also start to get close and
eventually develop feelings for each other, but do not reveal them. Rakhi,
Karan and Rishabh's mother, starts to suspect if they have feeling for each other,
but is overjoyed with the prospect of Shrishti and Sameer being in love.
