Whiles the Singh family settles at Raghav's place, Prakash feels that he should take up a job. Thakur cannot bear to see his family in discomfort. Thakur decides to work in order to provide financial support for his family. Abha tries to convince Thakur Uday to give Prakash a chance to work rather than trying to work himself.

Jagmohan brings his mother Saraswati to Swarn Bhavan and recollects his childhood memories. Thakur feels hurt to see Prakash going out in search of a job. Prakash gets rejected at every interview.

Raghav gets mad at his sister Chandra Prabha for sending Swarn Prakash in search of a job in his absence. Swarn Abha tells Raghav that she insists that Prakash should go in search for a job but not her mother. Abha further tells her uncle that she wants her brother to be strong, independent and also confident just like him (Raghav).

Both Raghav, Sheetal and Thakur Uday Pratap gets shocked. Raghav on the other hand becomes determined to bring back Swarn Prakash anyhow possible.

Raghav search for Swarn Prakash all over the village of Ujjain. Chandra Prabha comes to Thakur Uday who is standing alone in darkness. Both of them discuss about Swarn Prakash future. Chandra Prabha consoles Thakur Uday. Meanwhile Lata and Abha are behind listening to their conversation.
Thakur Uday gets tensed when Prakash failed to come home. Suddenly, Abha informed them about the arrival of Swarn Prakash. Thakur Uday immediately rushes to meet Prakash with very much concern and hope but upon seeing Swarn Prakash's helpless condition, Thakur Uday gets a heart attack. The whole family gets shocked on seeing him as he faints.

At Swarn Bhavan, Jagmohan ordered his servant to replace Thakur's frame with his father's picture. Jagmohan's mother (Saraswati) stops him and she also tells him that they got everything by Thakur's salary so they should not insult the Thakur's by replacing. Jagmohan's father's picture. He reluctantly ordered to set his father's picture frame adjacent to Thakur's frame.

At the hospital, Thakur Uday is admitted in the ICU. Swarn Lata goes to call her husband whiles the whole family been shattered cries a lot. Swarn Lata consoles her mother. Raghav goes to meet the doctor. Swarn Lata calls her husband who in return blamed her for his financial condition. Samarjeet refuses to visit them in their poor state. Swarn Lata ends the phone call in frustration whiles Raghav witness Lata's sad situation with her husband. He consoles Swarn Lata.

The cashier at the hospital asks Raghav to deposit Rs. 25,000. Raghav feels helpless. The cashier tells him that he should submit the payment before 11 O' clock the next day. On the other side, Chandra Prabha tells her children that she will sell her jewellery. Swarn Prakash vows that he will get a job anyhow. Swarn Lata consoles her mother.

The Singh family panics upon seeing the doctor and the nurses who rushes to the ICU to check on Thakur Uday. The nurse tells them that they cannot say anything right now about Thakur Uday's health condition. The whole family looks helpless. Meanwhile, Jagmohan recalled his father's pathetic condition because of the Thakur's. He snaps out from his thoughts when he noticed his mother. Both mother and son shares their uneasiness in Swarn Bhavan. Jagmohan vows in front of his mother that he will take revenge for his father's insult. Saraswati is surprised upon seeing her son's thirst for revenge.
