Usha asks Leela that now she must be happy that Kunj is gone, she tried to save everything, she got her son back after so many years but Leela destroyed everything, she cries. Leela asks if she is still thinking only about Kunj? She bluntly tells Usha that she have to think about three kids, they have to be considerate and maybe he left the house because she talked about marriage to him. Usha tells Leela that she don't understand why she is so against his happiness? She make her understand that her Kunj will settle down with only her daughter and asks what's the problem? Leela try to explain to Usha but Yuvi interrupts them saying this is not the time to discuss all this, he offer to go and find Kunj. Twinkle also says she will come with him.
But Usha refuses and clearly tells Yuvi to stay away from this matter, adding that her son leave because of seeing them both together and it's better if he leave this house, she tries to push Yuvi away. Leela asks her what is she doing?. She reminds Usha that Kunj has seen Yuvi and Twinkle together when he was acting like Rocky then why would he leave so suddenly? She further point out to Usha that it's her mistake that she started this marriage talk with him and he left upset because of that and asks why she have problem with Yuvi living here?. Seeing that Usha is not ready to rectify her mistake, Leela says fine that Yuvi will live with her, she holds Yuvi’s hand and takes him from there. Bebe greets the guests and ask them to leave, they leave. Usha sadly sits down. Twinkle comes to her and reminds Usha that Yuvi lived here as her son for years and she also loved him then and asks where did her love go suddenly? She try to convince Usha that Yuvi would have found Kunj and asks why did she stop him? Usha says because if Yuvi lives here then Kunj won't come back and she don't want to lose her son again, she will call the police and they have to do something, she goes to call.
On the other hand, Kunj is walking on the road, drinking wine and he recalls Twinkle’s words how she said that Yuvi held her hand in time of need, was ready to give their baby his name, wiped his identity just so that she can live, how Leela said to him to be careful before he take any decision, he drinks wine. The inspector tells Usha that the letter says he left the house on his own freewill so they can't go and find him. Usha try to convince them that he is missing and they have to find him. The inspector says this is not a missing case so they can't help her, he leaves. Twinkle tells Usha not to worry that she will bring her son back, and asks if she won't mind if she go alone to find him? She leaves.
Kunj shouts on the road and says Twinkle what did he do? He destroyed everything, he drinks more wine and cries. Twinkle is walking the empty streets and calling out to Kunj’s name, she asks where is he? She tries to call him but says his phone is switched off too and wonder where is he? Kunj sees a church. Bebe sees the news that there is storm coming, she asks Usha why she stop Yuvi to search for him and now Twinkle is alone searching him. Usha says she don't know and she just want her son back. Manohar agree with his elder sister and says Twinkle should not be alone outside and decide to go and find them. Bebe says it's enough and now they both won't do anything as they both have done enough and now she will take charge, she then says she is calling Yuvi to find Kunj. Usha try to disagree with her but Bebe says it's her final decision.
Twinkle sees church and decide to pray there. Meanwhile, Yuvi is in his car searching for them, he says he don't know where Twinkle and Kunj are?. Kunj comes to a church and goes in one booth, he tells the father that he did mistake, he hurt his family and he didn't trust his wife Twinkle. Twinkle comes inside the church and prays to Jesus, she looks around and goes in one booth behind curtain. She tells the father that she is at situation where she don't know what to do, she was happy in her life, her husband used to love her alot but suddenly one accident changed everything and her husband didn't trust her and love is not love if there is no trust. It's turns out that Twinkle and Kunj somehow both end up at the same church and they don't even know it. Kunj on the other hand tell the father that he should have trusted Twinkle, 5 years is alot time and asks what if she has moved on? Twinkle meanwhile says she still have love for him but the pain is there too, her heart is aching and she don't know what decision to take but right now she id searching for him, he left the house and don't know where he went. Kunj says he know he shouldn't have left the house but he was feeling guilty. The father looks at them in different booths and thinks that seems like they are talking only about each other. The father comes out of his booth and smiles, he says he think they both should talk to each other rather than talking to him. Twinkle comes out of her booth, Kunj comes out of his booth too, Sajna Ve song plays in the background, he looks at her in surprise and the father says God bless them, he leaves. Twinkle angrily holds his collar and asks why he leave his family again and again? She reminds him that he left 5 years ago because of misunderstanding and today too he left, she point out to him that there are many people in his life who cares about him and then asks why he do this with them? Kunj asks what she feel? He know it was all misunderstanding, he was at fault and he accept it. Kunj cups Twinkle’s face and asks Twinkle what's next and will she come back to him? He asks if their relationship will be like earlier and further asks if she will marry him again? Twinkle looks on, Yuvi comes there too and calmly looks at them.
Kunj asks Twinkle if she would marry her and surprisingly, Twinkle stays silent as she is left confused about what to do next. But just then, Yuvi arrives and and assures Kunj that Twinkle will marry him as she was the only one, who had recognized him after his return. He smiles at Twinkle. Yuvi then tells Kunj that he is asking baseless questions from Twinkle, reminding him that everyone knows Twinkle loves only and only him, she waited for him for years, she missed him, and when he came back, only Twinkle got to know that he is Kunj and that even his family didn't recognize him but she just knew that he is her Kunj, adding that Twinkle was, is and will always remain his. Twinkle emotionally looks at Kunj. Yuvi tell them they should go home. All of a sudden, Kunj falls down unconsious due to being drunk. Yuvi and Twinkle supports Kunj and takes him from there. Kunj is sleeping in backseat of car and he is driven home by Yuvi who is driving the car while Twinkle is sitting on the passenger side and a confused Twinkle thinks why she couldn't answer Kunj? She waited for this day for 5 years and she should have been going crazy due to happiness then why this restlessness? She then looks at Yuvi tensely.
Yuvi and Twinkle brings Kunj home. Usha asks what happened to him? Yuvi makes him lie on the couch as he is sleeping. Usha is worried for him. Everyone thanks Yuvi and he smiles at them. While Usha is caressing Kunj and everyone is worried for Kunj, Yuvi is sad as they ignore him but tries to smile. Twinkle notices it. Yuvi bring Twinkle to porch, he tells Twinkle that she must be tired and asks her to take rest. He brings shawl and drapers around her, he says she didn't eat anything and offer to bring something to eat for her, he leaves. Later, Twinkle sees a strange shadow outside the house window, she gets scared and begins screaming Yuvi, he comes there and asks what happened?. She later claims that she had seen the shadow of a wearewolf and he was weird but Yuvi rubbishes such claims saying these kind of things doesn't exist, he tells her to calm down and take rest.
Kunj wakes up, he has headache. He sees Twinkle standing there with glass of milk, she gives it to him, he takes it and says sorry that he shouldn't have gone tomorrow like this. Twinkle doesn't answer and opens the door. Later, Kunj apologizes to Twinkle for having left her all of a sudden and promising her that she won't go anywhere as he have realized his mistake and he won't hurt her or his family now, and further asks her to trust him. But Twinkle asks what he think of himself? She scold him that he just said sorry and she should just forget the pain of 5 years?. She gets upset with Kunj for having left her like a coward and says she didn't know he is a coward, that he just want to runaway from problems. Kunj says she know why he left 5 years back. Twinkle says she know he saw Yuvi and her getting married and lost his mind and asks where was his trust?. She asks how did he even think that she will forget him in a blink and left her like that, adding that sometimes she think if he really loved her or not, and if he loved her then he would have stopped her, he would have questioned her and asked her to not get married and that he know because of his actions 3 lives got destroyed as he didn't believe himself and pointed fingers at others. Kunj again says he is really sorry. Twinkle says his sorry won't change anything, time was lost will not come back, their child won't come back and asks where did that trust go?. First they were friends, then they had trust, then they became lovers but now when trust is not there then how can they make relationship again? She bluntly tells him that he is not that Kunj who loved her but he is Kunj who came here to take revenge and to torture her. Kunj try to convince her to just give him one chance and he will make everything like before. Twinkle takes off his hands from her shoulders and says no, that she can't forget his mistakes even if she want to, she won't be able to forgive him, never, she leaves and Kunj is in tears.
Twinkle asks her mom why this happens with her and why her happiness get destroyed everytime, she hugs her crying. Leela tells her not to cry. Kunj on the other hand comes his old room. He sees toy for babies there, he looks at it and asks himself why he was not there with Twinkle at that time?. Saying it was his baby and he didn't even know it. Meanwhile, Yuvi looks at Twinkle’s picture and says Twinkle Twinkle is his big star and that she really are a star which is close to him but he can't get it, his little Twinkle star and he hugs her picture. Twinkle, Kunj and Yuvi are sad in their places while Dhuan Dhuan song plays in the background. Yuvi recalls his happy moments with Twinkle and he is in tears. Kunj is looking at his baby toys and tears rolling down his cheeks, he is disappointed and guilty, he recalls his moments with Twinkle. Twinkle grabs her wedding chain and is worried too.
It's morning, Usha calls someone and says the party is at 7pm. Kunj comes inside the kitchen and asks Bebe what is all this? Bebe says he have come after years so they have arranged party and everyone is invited, she then tells him to get ready for the party too. Kunj comes to Twinkle and says tonight is the party that's why all this and he stop as Twinkle stares at him and she leaves. Kunj is tensed.
As the party starts, Usha is making Kunj meet everyone. Twinkle comes there wearing saree. The guests tells Usha that she is lucky to get her son back. Usha says it's all God’s gift. Yuvi and Leela comes there. Usha is not very happy to see them but Bebe comes to them and greets them, she asks Leela and Yuvi to come inside. Kunj smiles at them. Twinkle comes to Yuvi and asks if he is fine? He says he is fine of course. Later, the host comes on stage, he says they are here tonight for Kunj and announce that Kunj has dedicated a song for Twinkle and tells all the guests to lets them hear it. Everyone smiles as Ishq Wala Love song plays. The couples come on dance floor. The host then brings Twinkle and Kunj on the dance floor while Yuvi is dancing with some other girl but looking at Twinkle. Twinkle and Kunj starts dancing and keep looking at each other, Kunj back hugs her and dances closely with her and Twinkle feel tensed. Kunj puts his hand on her bare back, and moment later, couples are exchanged. Twinkle and Yuvi comes together to dance and everyone gets little tensed as Twinkle dances with Yuvi. Usha angrily asks why Yuvi is interfering? Yuvi puts his hand on Twinkle’s back and smiles at her softly, he dances with her and dance ends and everyone claps for them. Yuvi moves away from Twinkle and Twinkle leaves.
The guest asks Usha who is Twinkle real husband, Kunj or Yuvi? The guest then point out that it's like love triangle, it's like two husbands one wife and they don't know who is real one and that she mean who is legal or illegal. Yuvi angrily says it's enough aunty and scold her that she is trying to find gossip but she won't find it, adding that Twinkle was and is Kunj’s wife, and make it clear that there is no confusion. The guest try to point out to Yuvi that he is Twinkle husband for 5 years and now when she has her old husband back, then what is he doing here and how will this 2 husbands problem be solved? Yuvi says not that he need to give explanation but just to kill her curiosity, he will clear everything. He tells the woman that his and Twinkle’s marriage was just compromise, he used to take care of her and people like her don't let girl live alone, they didn't have any relationship of husband and wife but they were only friends, still are and he know she ( the woman) won't understand this as her mind runs for only gossip and today, he want to say it infront of everyone that Twinkle is totally pure and only Kunj has right on her. Twinkle is emotional seeing all this as Yuvi declare it in front of everyone.
Yuvi declares before everyone that Twinkle is a pure woman and only Kunj has right on her to shuts the mouths of those, who try to speak against Twinkle. Yuvi further adds that Twinkle now belongs to Kunj. Leela calls him son. Bebe praise him that he is great. Yuvi taunts the guest ( woman) that he got to listen that her son’s marriage is going to break and her daughter-in-law has filed dowry case on her? And that she must have listened to not point fingers at others when she is not herself clean. Kunj announce that the party is over, and guests leave. Usha tells the family that there is only one way to stop people’s mouth and that is to get Kunj and Twinkle married. Manohar and Bebe agrees with her. Usha says she will call the priest now. Usha then calls the priest up. Bebe comes to Yuvi and says she know he is feeling bad and asks if he understand the situation? He nods. Usha feel less concern for Yuvi and says the truth is that Twinkle is only for Kunj’s,
she never broke Kunj’s trust even after living with Yuvi for many years and now they just have to shut people’s mouth with Kunj and Twinkle’s marriage, adding that it's good that he signed the divorce papers and now Twinkle has to sign them. However, Twinkle does not seem entirely happy with Yuvi's decision of handing her over to Kunj and gets upset when she sees Yuvi sacrificing his love towards her. Twinkle, who can't take it anymore and leaves the scene. On seeing that she runs from there, Kunj runs after her.
Twinkle comes to her room, Kunj comes there too. Twinkle asks if he see how much she have to listen to because of him and his stupid decision, adding that fingers are pointed at her and her relationship. Kunj says he know and request her to give him one chance, he promise to set everything right and won't give her the chance to complain again. Twinkle asks if he think with his promise everything will change?. She further asks if he know how much their lives are destroyed and just by his sorry, she will not forget everything that happened in 5 years?. She asks if she will forget how and when he was not there, she again reminds him that Yuvi took care of her, didn't let her or her family to break apart, he forgot himself, didn't fulfill his life only because of her, he did every duty of a son which he ( Kunj) must have done and now he want her to just go to Yuvi and tell him that his guest appearance in her life is over as her hero has come back. She further asks if he want her to make Yuvi feel like they just used him and threw him out of their lives and asks if he want her to do this with him?. She demand him to tell her if this is what he want?. Just then, Yuvi comes there and tells Twinkle that he is fine and not to have any guilt because of him. He tells her that he deserve it, he did so much against them so if he supported her in 5 years a little, he will take it as redemption, he is fine and she is right that she had guest appearance in her life and that her hero is only Kunj but they will stay as friends. He then tells her that she don't look good when she cry and request her to smile. Kunj says he is sorry, this is all because of him. Yuvi says he is right, he should be sorry that they can't be friends and asks if he know that. He accept that Twinkle is his (Kunj ) but he will take care of Twinkle and if he mess around with her ever then he won't take it ever. Kunj smiles listening to this. Twinkle claps and says what a drama and asks what both of them think of themself?. She scold them that they both are telling their opinions and think that she don't have one and asks what they think that she don't have life? She asks if they think that she don't have opinion, that Kunj will say to get married to him and Yuvi will says get married to Kunj and that Kunj will say to marry Yuvi, and angrily asks what they both think she is?. She tells them that it's enough now and she angrily leaves.
Twinkle goes to meet her mom, who asks her as to why she had walked out of the discussion that involved her and that she have to face her problems. Twinkle says she have been doing this in the last 5 years, she accepted every challenge and faced it but now she is tired, saying when your base is shaken then you feel crumbled, she always put others feelings first but nobody tries to listen to what she is feeling, even today Yuvi and Kunj took their decisions but nobody asked her what she want and what she have in her heart. Leela says she is asking what she want? Twinkle says she is confused, she don't know what she want and maybe she need sometime to listen to her heart. Leela tells her to take her time and assures her that nobody will pressurize her, she reminds her that she is at her home and not to take stress, she smiles at Twinkle. Twinkle leaves and Leela is tensed.
It's night, Twinkle is left confused about what to do next is walking in the corridor of the house, she recalls how Kunj asked for another chance, how Yuvi said that Twinkle was Kunj’s only, how everyone is happy to see Kunj back, how Yuvi is being silently hurt, and Jo Behji Thi Dua song plays in the background. Kunj is punching bag and recalls Twinkle’s hurtful words, how she said that Yuvi was there for her to hold her hand, he asks why he did it? Yuvi on the other is sitting in his room and is restless too, he recalls Twinkle’s words that nobody is asking her opinion, the trios are hurt. Kunj is sitting in tears and says he did mistake by hurting Twinkle and says it's unforgivable. Yuvi says to himself that he hope Twinkle forgives him and asks himself how could he not try to find out what Twinkle wants and what's in her heart. Usha comes to Kunj’s room and sees him deep in thoughts, she says it's all happening because of Yuvi, she accept he shut down everyone but what was the need to come to the party?. And why he doesn't leave from here, adding that his ( Kunj ) relationship with Twinkle won't be rectified till Yuvi is here. Kunj says it's not about Yuvi, as Yuvi has been by Twinkle’s side, they are close friends and he don't have any problem with their closeness but he don't understand how to win Twinkle’s heart.
Yuvi says to himself that he just wanted to make place in Twinkle’s life, he thought she wanted to go back to Kunj but he didn't try to know what Twinkle wants and what's in her heart. Leela comes there and says it's not his fault but Kunj coming back after years made everything mess. Yuvi says he don't know what he should do.
Bebe says to Kunj that she will tell him, she will tell him what he should do, that he have gap between him and Twinkle of 5 years, he should show his right as husband with love, pacify her till she doesn't agree, adding that Twinkle loves him alot and she will agree. Leela tells Yuvi that she know in all these years, he have been a good son and a good husband, only she know how he loved Twinkle and took care of her, he did it by his heart so she will say even now to listen to his heart and do what he is saying and then leave it on fate, she gives him Ganesh idol and says he will set everything right. Bebe gives Ganesh idol to Kunj and says he will be with him, he will set everything for him. Kunj smiles. Yuvi is in tears.
It's morning, Kunj comes out of Sarna house, he sees Twinkle’s room in Leela’s house. Yuvi also comes out of his room and going to Leela’s house too. A renewed rivalry begins between Yuvi and Kunj as they enter the house again and looks at each other. Kunj says he think he should talk to Twinkle, claiming she is his wife and he should be with her. Yuvi asks him to excuse him that he is Twinkle’s husband. Kunj is shocked and asks what happened to him?. He reminds Yuvi that he signed the divorce papers. Yuvi tells Kunj that he is technically Twinkle’s husband as Twinkle haven't signed the divorce papers and he feel he have hurt his wife alot and he mean all he said and done, he didn't ask her what she wants, what's in her heart, he assumed that she wants to be with him ( Kunj) but she clearly doesn't want to be with him so he is going to talk to his Twinkle as she is upset because of him( Kunj), and that he have never seen Twinkle so upset in these 5 years so it's better if he (Kunj) don't meet her. Kunj is stunned to hear this from Yuvi.
