Usha says its about little time then she will bring Twinkle’s truth to everyone. Leela brings Twinkle to a corner, that she had asked her earlier too but she didn't answer, and asks her to tell her truly but before she can say anything further, Kunj comes there and apologize that she came at the wrong time, as both mother daughter emotional scene was going on, he wipes Leela’s tears and ask what is the tension about? He then asks if she trust him? Leela says she trust him the most and she know Twinkle can't get better life partner than him. Kunj then asks her to stop crying and come with him. Adding that Twinkle can stay here but she is needed in Jagrata, he takes Twinkle's mother from there. Leela turns to look at Twinkle who smiles at him.
A man gives the envelope to Usha, Kunj comes there and ask what is she doing and further asks what is in envelope? She says nothing, he inform her that everyone are waiting. Usha says she will first check the envelope then she will tell the truth to everyone about Twinkle lie. Manohar finds the envelope in Usha’s hands, and asks how dare she touch the envelope and points out that his Guruji said that only Twinkle will touch it, and she have spoiled everything, he takes envelope from her, someone strikes with Manohar, envelope falls from his hands and the envelope caught fire with the diya next to it, much to Usha’s disappointment.
Another man gives Manohar’s papers to Twinkle while Manohar is scolding Usha thinking his papers has burnt, Twinkle comes there with the papers, he says if the papers are with her then what was in that envelope? He then tells her to leave it, and ask Twinkle to put it in Mandir. Anita once again calls Usha up and says she must have seen that papers, and asks when is she going to bring Twinkle’s truth infront of everyone? Usha says the evidence got burned before she could see it. Anita tell her not to worries, as she have sent her the ace card now. The Jagrata prayer is still going on, Twinkle is doing aarti, Yuvraj comes there, he stares at Twinkle and stand beside her, she is stunned to see him, everyone are shocked, while Twinkle keep looking at Yuvi. Yuvi is about to hold Twinkle’s hand but Kunj comes forward and holds Twinkle’s hand, he does the Aarti with her while Yuvi looks at them. Anita comes there too, Yuvi goes back and stand with his mother Anita. Twinkle emotionally looks at him, Leela notices all this, she comes to Twinkle, angrily holds her hand and drags her from there. Twinkle stops and looks at Yuvi, Leela takes her from there, Yuvi and Anita also leaves, while Kunj completes the aarti and doesn't find Twinkle beside him, he goes to search for her.
Leela on the other hand brings Twinkle to the room in order to asked her to reveal the truth about her and Yuvi. She says she don't need any discussion but she just want her to tell her if she have affair with Yuvi or not? Adding that she just want to hear yes or no, Twinkle ask her to sit and they will talk. Leela feels she will not tell her like this, she whipped out a poison bottle, stating that she would drink it if Twinkle didn’t tell her the truth. Seeing that her mother is threatens to drink poison and end her life if she doesn't tell her the truth, Twinkle thinks that if she tell her the truth then she will give her life, and she can't lose her mother for Yuvi and she can't lose her for anyone. Leela says she don't want to listen to long story, and tell her to answer. Twinkle promise to tell her. Leela again threatened to drink the poison, she opens the bottle and tell Twinkle to let her die as she won't tell her the truth, Twinkle tries to stop her, she takes the bottle from her and drink the whole bottle of poison. Leela is shocked and asks what she did and if she have gone mad? She apologise to Twinkle as she faints. Leela shouts out for Pinni and Raman. Kunj comes there and is shocked, Leela inform them that she drank the poison and this all happened because of her. Kunj takes Twinkle in his arms and leaves for hospital with Leela. Anita who is extremely happy tells Yuvi that they didn't have to do anything as Twinkle drank the poison and that she will die and their revenge will complete. Meanwhile Yuvraj says she has to live and state that he won’t let Twinkle die so easily as he has to seek his revenge against her. He state that he would like to see her in pain and suffer, for what she had done to him and his family, as they have bear so much pain for years, and he will take revenge for that from Twinkle and her mother and for that Twinkle has to become fine. Kunj tells Leela not to worry that nothing will happen to Twinkle.
Twinkle is rushed to the hospital, Leela ask the doctor to come and all family members come there. Kunj brings a doctor and tells him that she has taken poison, they take Twinkle to operation theater, Leela cries for Twinkle, and says everything is happening because of her. Kunj ask his mom to make Leela sit. Usha takes Leela with her. A worried Leela tells Usha that everything is happening because of her and she shouldn't have doubted her because of Anita, she questioned her, she got tensed and drank the poison, adding that she is innocent daughter, Usha tell Leela that Twinkle has destroyed her life but to spare her son. Leela asks what is she saying? Usha says if Twinkle is so innocent then why did she drink poison? Adding that maybe she has affair with Yuvraj and couldn't tell her. Leela gets furious and clearly tells Usha that her Twinkle is not like that. Kunj and all are worried about Twinkle, doctor comes out of operation threater and informs them that they have taken poison out of her body but next 4 hours are crucial for her, the doctors declare that she would have to gain consciousness within four hours or else it will be too late for her. He tell them to pray for her and he leaves. Leela talk to herself that she have only 4 hours for Twinkle, and she know where she have to go, she leaves with Kunj. Leela comes to Mandir with Kunj to pray for Twinkle’s health, she says there is water’s pond upstairs and it is believed that if that water is given to someone, he or she is treated and all their illness will go away and this is her belief too and she is determined to climb the stairs for Twinkle.
Kunj point out that there are so much stairs and she can't go up considering her age but a determined Leela says she will bring that water for her Twinkle, she kneel down and starts climbing the stairs while Kunj is looking at her from down. On the other hand, Twinkle’s breath start reviving, Leela falls on stairs, Kunj shouts calling out to her addressing her as Aunt and when she stand up, she find Kunj beside her but it turns out to be his dream as they both are still standing down. Kunj tried to convince Leela that she will get hurt and if she believe that the water can revive Twinkle then he will bring that for her, he starts walking upstairs with his knee. Leela sees this and she is more convince that she chose the right guy for Twinkle and she is sure that he will take away all her pain. Kunj is tired but he finally reaches upstairs and fills the water for Twinkle. Leela comes back to the hospital, she makes Twinkle drink the water, and while everyone are there, Twinkle becomes conscious. Leela is happy, and tell Twinkle that it's all her fault and she shouldn't have asked those questions, she then apologize to her to forget everything. Twinkle tells her mother that till she is with her nothing can happen to her. Leela refuses and declare that till Kunj is with her nothing can happen to her. Twinkle looks at him, Sajna Ve song plays in the background. Leela further inform her that nobody can do what Kunj has done today and that he has taken so much for pain for Twinkle’s life, informing them that he walked all the stairs of mandir to bring water for Twinkle, and that this is love, and that her daughter is so lucky to get a partner like Kunj, she blesses him. But Usha thinks that the Taneja's women are taking advantage of her son’s goodness. Leela tells Manohar that she don't want to delay now and that they will start the marriage preparations that the whole world will see. Twinkle is tensed while Kunj looks at her.
Twinkle is brought back to the house, Yuvi calls Twinkle and thank God she is fine, lying to her that he was so worried for her and asks why she did that, adding that he want to see her now. Twinkle come to the balcony while Yuvi is in his house’s balcony, they share eyelock, Tere Rang Mein Rang Jaon song plays in the background, Twinkle tell him on phone that if her mother got to know there is something in between them then she would have taken her life, and because of this reason, she have taken s decision as she can't tell the truth to her mom. Twinkle further tells Yuvi that the one who has given her birth, she can't take her life, and she thought she will tell her everything about them and she will understand but she was wrong, as she will hurt herself and she cant see her being hurt. Hearing this, Yuvi ask if she don't love her? Twinkle says she love him but she love her mother too and she can't kill her as she is her life, her mom has given her life, raised her up so she can't give her pain, and now she will marry the guy whom she wants. Yuvi is upset listen to this and ask if she have gone mad? Twinkle politely says this is her decision, and further tell him to try to understand. A flabbergasted Yuvi thanks her for making him realize his worth in her eyes, he ends the call while Twinkle cries, he leaves from the balcony. Twinkle comes in her room, talking to herself that her mom should not see tears in her eyes else she will be worried, she wipes her tears. Just then, Leela comes in and ask how is she feeling now? Twinkle assured her mom that she is fine, Leela then ask Twinkle to eat apple, and that she want to ask one question from her. Twinkle tells her to go ahead. Leela says there is still one thing in her heart and asks why did she consumes the poison and put her life in serious danger.
Kunj comes there and tells Twinkle's mother that these things don't suit her and praises her that she is a tigress and everything is okay between Twinkle and Yuvi. Twinkle’s mom agree with him and say good bye to the topic, asking them both to sit and talk. She leaves. Twinkle thank Kunj for discouraging her against Yuvi issue. Kunj is surprise and says she thanked him before demanding today and asks why? She says because of what he did today and that he need a friend like her to make him normal. He replied that he did this for her mom. She says that is why she thanked him. Yuvi on the other hand, is mad and is throwing stuff around saying how can Twinkle do this to him and how can she break up with him, adding that she ruined his plan. Chinki asks Twinkle if she is okay now and how could even even think of taking the poison? She then asks what is going on between her and Yuvi? Twinkle tells her bestie that she have broken up with him. Chinki asks how could she do this and remind her that she can't live without him and that she madly love him. Twinkle says the closet is so messy and she will clean all the mess from it and from her life. Chinki asks her to tell her what is going on in her mind? Twnikle tells her friend that she ( Chinki) know she loved Yuvi for 7 years but she love her mom way more. Stating that Yuvi will take time but he will love someone else but her mom only has her and how can she make her sad. Adding that she have vow that she will do what she thinks is right and that her mom has done so much for her and now, she will do what a good daughter should.
Twinkle comes downstairs and everyone tells her about their plan. Pinni asks how could Twinkle be so tensed that she tried to kill herself. Leela stop her to shut that chapter but Pinni insist they should know her problem. Kunj remind them that she is already stressed and if they talk about it again, It will bring tears in her eyes and he can’t stand them. Raman says they should one more sweet for that. Kunj refuses and says a few tears will be okay. Twnikle takes Kunj out. She tells him that there is nothing more than her mom’s happiness for her and she will do as she asks and will also marry the person she wants her to marry, adding that she want to break the deal as well as they don’t need it and that anything can happen and they shouldn’t waste time. He advice him to tell his family about Alisha as she can't marry Yuvi but he will get his love by telling them. Kunj is surprise to see a new Twinkle and politely says he can’t believe its her saying all this and reminding her that she was madly in love with him and she is sacrificing it for her mom. She admit that she is special and tell him to do as she asked him. He says it's not that easy since they have gotten engaged and Alisha doesn’t even pick up his call and asks why can't she try with Yuvi? She replied him that she don't want to talk about that. Meanwhile, Leela tell Manohar what Twinkle did was so wrong and now she is so ready and has no problem with the relation. Manohar says if she want to do this then he will and Twinkle will get married to Kunj.
While Twnikle is walking in the garden, she overhears Alisha talking to her mom, asking her to let her handle Kunj herself and that she can’t stay with Kunj’s joint family. She further says she want to shift somewhere else with him and she just love his money and won't share that money with anyone. Alisha's mom asks what if he leaves her? She says the stupid Kunj loves her and he can’t do this. Twnikle is shocked to hear this and says in her heart that Alisha only loves his money and Kunj is so innocent for loving the wrong woman and decides to tell him this. On the other hand, Yuvi recalls Twinkle saying she can’t hurt her mom as her mom has done so much for her. Everyone is making Kunj eat. Leela comes there and stop them to let him breathe at least. Kunj thank God that she came or else he would have had diabatese. Leela asks him not to talk about diseases and reminding him that his wedding is not far away and further suggests to go for a family picnic before their wedding and that she will make this plan.
Twinkle tells Kunj the truth about Alisha that she is just after his money and doesn’t care about him. But Kunj misunderstand Twinkle asking what a plan she have made. She asks why would she make a plan and what is he talking about. He scold her that she telling him all this about Alisha and asks if she think he is stupid like her? He reminds her that he did everything for her and she did this to poison his heart against his Alisha. Twinkle asks what would she get by planning all this but spark at her that this is too much now. He leaves. Twinkle tries to stop him but he shoves her.
Twinkle feel she must be hurt after knowing about Alisha and pray he sees the truth about Alisha, adding that they both have weird fate.
