ALGON holds special prayer for Timipre Sylva against 2012 election

Yesterday, Monday, November 7, 2011 was a day of special prayer in Bayelsa State for the present embattled governor of the state, Timipre Sylva.
The Bayelsa State chapter of Association of Local Government of Nigeria (ALGON)  in collaboration with the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) mobilized Christians in the state to intervene on behalf of the present governor in his re-election bid in the 2012 election in the state.

The special prayer took place at the Peace Park in Yenagoa and those in attendance asked God to help Sylva who is presently embattled, to secure the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) ticket that would enable him contest the governorship election of the state.
Prayer is the key to all things. I wish him luck but let’s see how things play out in the state.
