Mandira hugs everyone crying, she also hugs Indira who tells her to take care of herself and to bring up her children well, to make them responsible like her and to tell her childrens about her, that she was there. Mandira cries more hearing that and hugs Indira, everyone look at them when suddenly Indira tells Mandira that she has a gift for the education of her unborn child, she goes in her room to search for it. Mandira bid farewell to everyone and request Rishi to save Indira, she cries in his arms. Pappu try to take Rishi’s blessing but he stops him and ask him to take care of Mandira.
Pappu’s father says that it’s time to go but Pappu’s mother asks where Indira is. Shweta propose to go to search for Indira, she goes in the room calling out to Indira and is shocked to discover her laying body on the floor. She goes near Indira shouting her name, asking her what happened and requesting her to open her eyes and all but Indira doesn’t respond, she checks if Indira take her last breath and just when everyone thinks that all secrets are out, Shweta comes to learn of something that Indira has been hiding all along. She stop suddenly and wonder how can this happened.
Meanwhile, Pappu’s father tells the Sharmas that Indira hasn’t come and that they are getting late. Rishi offer to go and check where she is. While Rishi is going to the room, Shweta is still wondering how can this happened on this stage and that she can’t believe this that Indira is Pregnant. Rish walks toward the room and on the other side Shweta says that she has to tell everyone. Rishi enters the room and discover Indira laying on the bed and lovely calls out to her. He sprinkle water on her face and asks her to wake up. Indira gain conscious and look at Rishi asking if it’s morning?. She apologize saying that she slept too much. Rishy asks her if she doesn’t remind anything?. Indira claims she was sleeping. Rishy tells her that she was not sleeping but was unconscious on the bed and alone, it’s not morning but the night, adding that it’s Mandira's wedding and the moment for Mandira to leave, and she told Mandira that she was going to take the gift for her unborn child. He asks if she is okay?. Indira says that she has forgotten and informs him that the. doctor has told her that this will happened in her last stage. On hearing this, Rishi says that now it’s time to start her treatment, he hold her by her arms and Indira tells him that she wants to meet Mandira first. Rishi promise her that he will bring her to meet Mandira and he don’t know where Shweta as she comes after her.
Shweta, who’s hand is holding by Simi Diwan. She tells Rishi's mother that Indira will be ready to do her treatment after knowing that and she have to give everyone this news. Simi Diwan stops her by holding her by her arms, she calls Shweta a silly girl that if they get to know about Indira's pregnancy then everyone will have new hopes and Indira will get up again. Shweta tells Simi that's exactly what she want that Indira starts living and fullfils all her dreams. Simi direct the question back to Shweta asking her about her dreams, adding that for someone’s hapiness, sacrifice their own hapiness seems nice to read in books but in real life will she ( Shweta) be able to bear that pain?. She reminds her that the guy she love, she will lost him again and plead with her not to do this injustice with herself and is better if nobody discover that truth. At the same time, Munna comes there and ask them what’s happening there and what should nobody discover?.
Indira and Rishi comes out and get to know that Mandira has already leave. Rishi tells them that Indira was unconscious and that now he is taking her to hospital to do her treatment. Indira tries to say something but Munna comes and slaps Rishi. Kutumb and Inder ask him what he is doing?. Munna who gets furious when he learns that Rishi is going to marry Shweta on the subsequent day slaps Rishi for the Second time. Simi Diwan and Shweta comes there and look at what is happening. Munna tells everyone that his sisters is dying and Rishi is enjoying his life and vow that he won’t keep watching him quietly. Munna slaps Rishi again. Inder asks his son what happened and why is he hitting him. Munna tells them to asks him, adding that Rishi is a disguting man as his sister is dying and he is preparing his 2nd wedding. Everyone is shocked. Munna start beating Rishi again but Inder stops him and tells Munna he must have misunderstand him but Munna says that he has no misunderstanding, he is saying the truth and he tells Inder to ask for the truth from Rishi’s mother, Simi Diwan.
Indira looks angrily at Simi Diwan as Munna tells the Sharmas that Shweta is the one with who Rishi is going to marry, Rishi is surprised. Inder asks him for the truth and Rishi nodded a yes. Munna is about to beat Rishi again but Inder stops him again. Kutumb express his disapotmenti that she bear a second wedding but she won’t bear this for her daughter. Indira stops Munna from hitting Rishi and tells everyone to be quiet saying enough is enough. Rishi tries to put a hand on Indira, as he think to stop her from telling what she is going to say but Indira tells them they know their daughter. She tells the Sharma family that she had compelled Rishi to marry Shweta and she take this decision after thinking a lot, she couldn’t live in peace and begs them to at least allow her to die in peace and by going against her decision, they should not make her death harder. She again remind Rishi that she won’t go to hospital until she marry Shweta and she will do her treatment when she decide so. She adds that she know what is good and bad for her and by doing treatment what will she do when there is no hope. She have lived her life. Shweta is about to say something but Simi Diwan hold her hand stopping her. Indira remind them they call her Hitler then here will be Hitler’s and nobody will go against her decision. She then announce that next day morning in this Mandap, Rishi will marry Shweta and their wedding is hers and her husband problem. She warns the Sharmas not to interfere in the matter. She then Rishi that until she have lived on her condition, she will die on her condition. Rishi angrily stares at her angrily. Indira start feeling dizzeness and Rishi hold her preventing her to fall down. Everyone is worried but Indira fall in his ams.
Rishi, Inder, and Radhe rush to Indira immediately. Rishi makes her lie on his lap and tries to wake her up. Inder and Munna follow suit and the people present in the mantap watch her in trepidation. Rishi attempt to wake her up, telling her that he is here now and assured her that everything will be all right. He gets worried as he see her in unresponsive state and says he don’t know but he have a feeling that something is left out here and begs her to open her eyes. Just then Indira's voice comes from the footage playing in the laptop. Ishaan stands near it when they hear from the laptop as Indira says she is leaving something here. All of them are stunned to see the footage. Rishi appears miserable in tears watching it. While listening to her voice from the laptop where Indira asks Rishi that he too must have felt that it happened. Rishi is stunned when she said by the time this message reaches him then she may have been gone away from this world. By now his and Shwetha’s wedding would have been completed but she had concealed one matter from him. She apologize to Rishi, that for the first time she is breaking his promise now. She tells him that she is sorry that she can’t undergo the treatment because she is pregnant. Rishi, the Sharma family and Shwetha get shocked when they learn about Indira's pregnancy from the laptop. She had kept the promise and withdrew from the decision then she would become a bad person. Rishi appears miserable when Indira says she now make another promise and asks him if he will be able to save their child?. Rishi nods his head and hugs the unconscious Indira in his lap. She begs him to please save their spot of their love, their child. Rishi yells in distress clutching her in tight grip asking someone to please call the ambulance. The men rush out of the mantap and Munna is talking to someone on the phone. Rishi fondles her and make her lie on the carpet. Kutumb come to fondle her. Rishi stands up, and goes berserk, pulling out the headwear and garland on him. Soon Rishi carries her in his arms surrounded by Sharmas family members promising her that he will definitely save her.
At the same time, the lottery vendor comes to the Sharma Niwas entrance and calls out for Indira excitedly crying out that she has won the lottery. Suddenly he sees the door opened and Rishi carrying her outside in hurry followed by other men. The lottery vendor is surprised and inquire about Indira. Radhe silently pray to Mata Rani’s grace that he hope she is all right and asks what if anything happens to her. Rishi yells in frustration.
Rishi, Inder, Pappu and Munna rush her out along the lanes of Chandni Chowk as several passersby regard Indira and recollect what kind of girl she was and pray that she would recover soon. The shops on the lanes are closed and shut down as people watch her been carried into an ambulance. Rishi and Munna accompany her in the ambulance. Inder closes the door of the ambulance and the lottery ticket falls on the slush. The ambulance drives away with the siren turned on. Inder looks at the lottery ticket and regards Kutumb in a trance behind him. Inder asks what is she doing and why didn’t she go to the hospital?. He asks her to come to the hospital and pulls her hand. Kutumb. stands still and withdraw her hands from him saying she will not go anywhere and nothing will happen to her daughter. But she is actually speaking, that it is she who has to go in this age and that she can't see her child dying in front of her eyes. She is still in trance and goes tearful and asks how can Indira go away like this?. She continue talking to herself that Indira can't go away like this, she had brought her up in her arms, feed her and made her to sleep, played with her and even slapped her with this hand, and how can she go away like this. She is determined that she will not let her go away, she will come back here and her Indira will definitely come back to this place.
Indira is been rushed into the corridor of the hospital. Dr Kashyap come to observe her on the trolley bed as she is been rushed by Rishi and others.
Dr. Kashyap seeing her on the bed says he had given her 30 days chances to live and now she is very critical. Rishi yells at him in frustration asking how can he talk like this and why can't she survive?. He tellls the doctor that there has to be some kind of cure and he is a a doctor, he is like God and further asks if he can't save her?. Dr. Kashyap consoles him to relax and calm down but Rishi who is still frustrated plead with him to do something now. Dr. Kashyap assured him that they will try their level best. He then commands the ward boys to move the patient inside. As Indira is been wheeled inside, Munna stand back in the corridor. A handful of doctors including Shwetha join Dr. Kashyap in a ward, where Rishi is helping her to lie on the bed.
Dr Kashyap pushes Rishi behind and examines Indira's pulse standing along with other doctors. Rishi watches them from behind as the doctor says her pulse rate is weak. They cannot use life support, as she needs to undergo surgery. Another doctor plead with his colleagues to check her cardiac report if it is bad then they need to wait.
Dr. Kashyap says they cannot wait for a long time as she is already sinking and if she goes brain dead then they cannot do anything. Rishi listens to them in apprehension. The doctors put her under ventilation and other mechanisms studying her pulse rate and other report are placed beside her. The doctors keep her under observation as Rishi watch them in anxiety. On the other hand, Sharma Niwas has turned into a prayer hall, where people of different religion Hindus, Muslims, and Sikhs chant the prayers to God and read their holy book constantly in order to save Indira. Mr Chedda ( Indira's boss) too prays for her welfare. In the hospital ward, the doctors are still observing the change in her health. Dr. Kashyap suggests the nurses to keep Indira stable with more oxygen and more glucose. Rishi is still restless and regard them with tears in eyes. Kutumb is seated in front of Mata Rani’s photo and keeps looking at Indira’s photo in her hands. She hugs the photo, regards the wavering deepa in front of her and prays to Mata Rani’s.
Rishi in the hospital ward senses heartbeats near Indira and come to look at the graphical lines on the monitor. He tells a lady doctor and stutters pointing to the monitor heartbeat. The lady doctor says the heartbeat belongs to Mrs Sharma’s child. Soon a smile comes up on Rishi’s tearful face. He comes to a monitor representing the wavering image of the embryo and touches it with delight. He holds Indira hand telling her to open her eyes and see their child. He smiles at the monitor and cries fondling her and begging her to see the mark of their love and it's heartbeat. He cries holding her hand and gets flashbacks of his first meeting with Indira and other happy moments with her and tells her that she have sacrificing a lot and at least she have left something for them. Adding that with this sacrifice, she also made their beautiful dream to come true. He begs her not to go away from him and begs her to open her eyes and see that their child is calling her and to at least listen to it's heartbeats. He fondles her, he takes her palm and places it on her tummy and plead with her to open her eyes for the sake of their child.
Shwetha comes to him and puts her hand on his back to make him stand asking him to come on and suggest they should go and assurring her that the doctors will take care of her. Rishi holds her hands and weeps. He begs Shwetha that she is his friend and request her to save his wife and child. He weeps continuously watching Indira. Swetha urges him to stand and tells him to come on and go now. Rishi lets go off Indira’s hand and it falls limply on the edge of the bed. He appear miserable looking at Indira as he is being taken away. Dr. Kashyap rushes in to examine Indira once again. Rishi watches them anxiously. DR. Kashyap tells Rishi that he is sorry and they have done their best but in vain as the stroke has resulted in coma. She adds. on that before itself, the tumor had eaten up major part of the brain and her long stressful life too increased the stroke. Rishi is dumbfounded hearing this and the lady doctor exclaims that the baby’s heartbeat is also weakening. Dr Kashyap examines the monitor and says the baby’s life is threatened. Rishi sobs silently. He turns to Shwetha and Dr Shwetha scold him asking how can he be so irresponsible that he was aware that Mrs. Indira Sharma was pregnant. Rishi is astonished. Swetha is remorse and silent. The doctor further tells Rishi that in spite of this, how did he allow her to dance in the wedding and if anything happens to the child, then who will be responsible?. And how could he be so irresponsible?. Shwetha lowers her head. Rishi pulls her hands coarsely gritting in anger and asks Shwetha if she know about it?. Shwetha is silent while Rishi demand her to tell him if she knew about it?. He still grasp her hands and says if she had known that then why did she not stop indira?.
Munna Interrupts them and pulls Rishi from Shwetha and tells him to just leave her. Rishi who is still gritting in anger and asks how can she ( Shwetha) cheat him like this. Shwetha try to explain to him that it is because his wife is in coma and the baby is near death. When he hear that Indira slips into coma, Rishi holds Shweta responsible for Indira's condition and adds on that if anything happens to the baby, he will not but Munna interrupts him by pulling him and goes out of the ward, suggesting they should go. Shwetha feels remorse and silent.
A desperate Rishi tells Dr. Kashyap with tearful eyes to please find a way to help his child. Dr. Kashyap says there is only one option. Rishi and Munna look keenly as the doctor informs him that they need a woman who is capable of carrying the child in her uterus and nurture it to it's full term. Munna mumbles in confusion. Rishi is baffled. Shwetha comes to them and agrees to become a surrogate mother of Rishi and Indira's unborn child. Rishi gets shocked on hearing it and regards her keenly.
