Adding that it was so expensive and that Uday has refused to allow Abha go to work. Abha tells Sheetal that she is helpless and cannot do anything about it. Abha also tells her that she cannot go out for work until her father agrees. Sheetal tells Abha that she cannot go out but at least she can save some money sitting at home. Abha asks her how? Sheetal tells her that she can iron the clothes herself whiles Abha agrees and Sheetal hands her a pile of clothes.
Jagmohan goes to meet the commissioner to persuade him to hold the inauguration at Swarn Bhavan adding that previously Swarn Bhavan belonged to Uday. The commissioner agrees and Jagmohan is pleased.
Uday looks upset whiles Chandra asks him what was bothering him. Abha is also present there. Uday asks her how they will go to the inauguration either by rickshaw or any travelling mode. Uday tells Chandra that there was a time when his father and himself had loads of cars outside Swaran Bhavan. He leaves the room in anger and Prakash sees him. Prakash asks Abha and his mother what the matter was.
Jagmohan tells Veer to inform Tasveer to prepare some work details. Veer informs his father that Tasveer hasn't reported to work today itself. Jagmohan is very annoyed, he then calls Karan and asks him if Tasveer had again informed him that she will be absent. Karan is very scared. Jagmohan then agrees that Kanika was right as Tasveer is very unprofessional. Jagmohan makes up his mind that the next day Tasveer reports to work she will be fired from the job. Karan is shocked.
Abha asks her uncle ( Raghav) to get ready as they will soon be leaving for the inauguration ceremony. Meanwhile Karan is very worried as to what happened to Tasveer. He then tells Veer that he knows something is definitely wrong. Karan adds that a girl who agreed to wear western clothes for the job and travelled all the way to Mumbai cannot be so irresponsible. Veer tells him that Abha must have lost her voice and that is why she couldn't call. Karan tells Veer that he can call her. He searches his father's drawer and finds Abha's residence number and he calls.
Sheetal picks up the phonecall and Karan asks for Tasveer. Sheetal tells him that he would click the photographs in the ceremony whiles Karan is confused. Karan thinks that he has dialled the wrong number. He again calls back confirming the number. This time he tells Sheetal that he wants to speak to Tasveer who is a girl. Sheetal tells him that no girl with such name stays with them. Coincidentally, Abha hears the conversation.
Uday and his family leaves for the inauguration ceremony. A rickshaw has been sent for them whiles Uday is so upset. Prakash hires a car for him and Uday is happy. Abha and Prakash enters the rickshaw. On their way, they are both shocked to be taken towards their ancestral home (Swarn Bhavan).
Uday and his family are heading towards Swarn Bhavan whiles Abha and Prakash are in a rickshaw. Uday and Chandra both gets anxious as to why the driver is taking them towards Swarn Bhavan. Sheetal asks Uday to relax adding that he is behaving as if the inauguration is at Swarn Bhavan. Surprisingly, her words come true as the car and the rickshaw head towards Swarn Bhavan.
At Swarn Bhavan, the guests arrive and Jagmohan welcomes them. Veer is worried as Karan has not arrived yet. The car stops in front of Swarn Bhavan. Uday stares at his old house for a moment and starts crying. Chandra calms him down, they both get down from the car. Two people at the gate comment that Uday ( the old owner of Swarn Bhavan) has forgotten the way to Swarn Bhavan and that is why he needed someone to escort him. Uday gets really angry but Chandra holds his hand and he avoids them. Abha is worried and thinks how she can go inside as she will be recognized by the Prasad family as Tasveer.
Jagmohan asks the same gentleman as to whom he had convinced to change the location of the ceremony and also asks if Uday knows that the inauguration is at Swarn Bhavan. The man tells him that he has sent someone to escort them. The whole family enters Swarn Bhavan. Abha tries to hide herself whiles Uday remembers the last day he spent in Swarn Bhavan and how he had left. Abha goes and hides behind a pillar whiles Jagmohan spots Uday.
Jagmohan greets Uday and also taunts him that how different it is as today he is the host and they are his guests. Uday is annoyed and replies to him sternly that a kite may fly too high but it can never become the moon. Chandra asks him to stop and tells Uday to calm down. She also tells him to go and sit. Meanwhile Jagmohan is happy that Uday is sitting in the last row. On the other hand, Shelly is drinking wine and Vimal asks her to stop drinking. Shelly tells him that no one would notice her. Vimal snatches the glass from her. Some important guests goes up on stage and address the occasion.
Prakash meets Abha and asks her why she is standing alone. Abha lies to him that she is feeling very sad to enter Swarn Bhavan. She tells Prakash that when the inauguration starts, she will be with them.
Kanika finds the inauguration very boring. She tells herself that she wants to go out for a movie with her friends. Suddenly she sees Abha and puts on a wicked smile. Kanika smirks evily and tells herself that now everything will be exciting. Abha also sees her and gets scared. Kanika starts coming towards Abha and Abha quickly moves away. Someone touches Abha's shoulders and Abha gets scared, when she turns around she sees another lady. She is relief as she finds Kanika talking to a friend. Chandra asks Prakash where Abha is? Prakash tells her that Abha is sad and that she will join them a bit later.
Jagmohan is on stage and he is addressing the guests. He tells everyone that he is happy that Uday and his family have come as they were the previous owners of Swarn Bhavan. He adds that his(Jagmohan's) father used to work under Thakur Vishwa Pratap Singh after whom the new road is being named. Jagmohan also tells them that times have changed and now the house of gold belongs to him now.
On stage, Jagmohan speaks to the guests. He tells everyone that by coming to the ceremony Uday has proved that everyone is after people who succeed in life. Upon this, Uday gets up and just opens his arms, he is extremely angry. He shouts at Jagmohan to stop and there is silence. Meanwhile Chandra , Prakash and Abha are all shocked.
Karan comes to the inauguration ceremony and Veer is relief. Karan also lends his ears to what Uday is saying. Uday now goes up on stage and starts speaking. Jagmohan is sitting with the other guests. Uday tells everyone that Jagmohan's father and grandfather used to wash the stairs of Swarn Bhavan with Ganga Jal. Karan is shocked whiles Jagmohan is very angry.
Uday boastfully tells the guest that Jagmohan's father used to clean his father ( Uday fathers) car and also his father appointed him as his driver. There is a moment of silence and secret been revealed. Uday then tells the guest that he will only inaugurate the new road if Jagmohan himself drives the car and takes him there. All are shocked whiles Karan is very angry. He is about to do something drastic but Veer stops him.
Everybody is silent. Uday tells the guest that he knows Jagmohan will never fulfill his condition and therefore he is leaving, adding that he will not inaugurate the road. At Raghav's house, the commissioner comes to meet Uday. He apologises and tells him that he knows how much he has done for Ujjain and he respects him a lot. The commissioner offers him some gift but Uday refuses to accept it. He then goes inside his room and Abha apologize to the commissioner on her father's behalf and she also accepts the gift.
Karan is very very angry at Uday. He tells Veer that if he hasn't stopped him he would have held Uday's collar and thrown him out. Karan tells Veer that it good their grandmother wasn't there otherwise she wouldn't have been able to bear all this. Veer is also upset and tells Karan that when their father was young, Thakur Viswhwa Pratap Singh had insulted their grandfather also.
Sheetal sees Chandra in the kitchen and asks her how she got a new packet of milk. Chandra tells her that Prakash has bought it. Sheetal gets annoyed and starts her drama. She tells Chandra that they are not strangers that even their kitchen would be divided. Chandra tells Sheetal that she didn't mean it in that manner. Abha comes there and tells Sheetal that now they don't want to be a burden on her uncle any more. Abha adds that already a lot has happened at Swarn Bhavan and that she must not talk more. After Chandra and Sheetal leaves, Abha gets on with kitchen work.
Vimal is upset as his new project did not start. His friend has refused him as he didn't pay the money on time. Vimal tells Shelly that Jagmohan didn't help him as he paid 25crores for Swarn Bhavan instead. He angrily tells Shelly that within 1 month he will sell Swarn Bhavan.
Abha brings milk to Uday but he refuses to drink. She keeps the glass on the table and kneels down in front of him, She tells her father that he is the pillar of Swarn Bhavan and also asks him as to how can he break down so easily? Abha tells Uday that she wants her father back. Uday looks at her and tells her that she herself broke him by forgetting all her values. Abha is shocked and upset. She then starts crying.
