After the accident, Satya is not happy as Mahi seems to be in critical condition. He stands outside the ICU for Mahi. Kareena who disguises herself as a nurse is there watching them and walk passed Satya. Meanwhile, Mahi's aunt Mitul encounters him and asks him to have some food.
Satya refuses and tells Mahi's aunt that he would not eat anything until Mahi regains her consciousnes and goes. Kareena comes to ICU and decides to kill Mahi while she is unconscious. She then tries to stop life support system. Satya goes to ICU and sees Mahi. He holds her hand and asks her to get up and open her eyes. He talk to her that she can’t accept defeat being a fighter, and she will win all fight, assuring her that he is with her, her Satya/Karanveer. He asks her to open her eyes. Kareena is hiding there listen to all this. Mahi holds his hand but still in unconscious state. On seeing that she is responding, Satya calls the doctor. Later, Anupama sees Kareena and she confront her aunt and asks who is here?Kareena tells her that she went to Mahi’s room and reveals her plans about killing Mahi to her Anupama but Satya came there and Mahi was saved. She says she will attack so big that they will not be saved. Anupama asks her to think before doing anything.

Mahi gains consciousness. Satya happily says his Mahi is a fighter and have defeated death. Mahi says until he is with her, nothing can happen to her. Kritika says she made her scared. Raj says he will never let her go alone and will come with them both. The doctor says she is fine and they can take her home tomorrow. Mitul and Satya are happy. Anupama says Mahi got well because of her prayers. She says she will meet Mahi. Satya stop her and says she can’t meet her now. Anupama claims that she have done prayer all night, and he is not letting her meet her. Satya tells her that she can meet her in morning and that’s it.

Mahi calls him and asks him not to be rude to her. Satya says he can’t trust her until Kareena is caught. He asks her to rest and leave tension on him. Anupama tells Kritika that she is feeling bad about Satya’s behavior and feels that she will leave the house. Kritika asks her to forget everything and make arrangements at home for maha aarti to welcome Mahi and asks her not to feel bad. Anupama says okay and messages Kareena that she did arrangements for next attack.

Satya calls the inspector up and comes to know that Kareena is in the city. Satya says he is sure that she is behind the attack, and asks him to catch Kareena. He talk to himself that she have hurt his Mahi very much and now it is her turn. Kareena hears him and says Mahi have to leave them. Satya brings Mahi home. Mahi asks if all arrangements are for her. Satya says yes. Kritika and Mitul welcome her. Kritika asks Mahi and Satya to do Maha aarti together. Kareena comes and holds the aarti plate. Satya and Mahi are shocked. It’s still not over with Kareena as she approaches Satya and the family with news that nobody could be ready for as tells Satya that he will do aarti with her, as she is pregnant with his child. Satya is shocked. Mahi asks what nonsense?

Anupama thinks this is Kareena’s new plan and acts to scold her. Satya says he knew that she will return and will play some conspiracy. He asks the guests to leave and says such people come to hinder their happy moments. He says someone is waiting for her and calls the inspector informing him that Kareena came to his house. He will settle scores with her and the police needs to talk to her. Kareena says he can do whatever he want, but to think about his baby and maybe she have to abort him. Mahi angrily asks her to mind her tongue. Kareena shows her phone and says it has Satya and her private moments. Mahi is shocked to see Satya and Kareena intimacy.

Satya says this is all lie. Kareena says Satya didn’t know and they are celebrating their wedding night and if they could remember, then his head was heavy in the morning. She tells them that she took him to her room and took advantage of her. She asks if he don’t want to believe her but his baby is in her womb.

Kareena shows a video clip to Satya's family where Kareena and Satya are romancing. Satya getting shocked knowing Kareena’s conspiracy and he gets angry seeing the video and before he could say something, Kareena tells that she is carrying his child and that his baby is taking breathe in her womb and asks them to decide, she then goes inside to rest. Later, Raj tells Karanveer/Satya that Kareena is only playing her cheap games with them and no one should be afraid of her. Kritika says what about the video. Mahi says Satya can’t do anything and there is no authencity of the video. At the same time, Mitul comes there and informs them that the police came and ask for Kareena to arrest her. Kareena gives a letter to Mahi and says it is for her. Mahi reads it. Satya is about to talk to the inspector. Kareena asks him to arrest her. The inspector says she is ready to get arrested. Raj says she is very clever. Satya asks him to arrest her. Just then, Mahi stops the inspector and asks him to leave Kareena that they are taking back the case against her. Satya is shocked and asks Mahi if she has gone mad? Mahi says she is saying the truth. The inspector asks them to decide among themselves. Kareena goes inside the room. Kritika asks what have she done. Mahi says she have done the right thing and shows her Kareena's pregnancy reports. Satya says these reports are fake.

Mahi says they have to be save. Anupama hears her and smiles. Mahi says they will know the truth before they get her arrested. Satya says they have to prove her lie and needs his aunt's help. Anupama thinks what is going on in his mind. Satya comes to Kareena and asks her not to do anything else he will kill her. Mahi comes there and asks him to leave her. Kritika gives her injection and makes her unconscious. Kareena gets unconscious. Kritika asks Satya to take her to hospital. Anupama sees Satya taking Kareena and asks God to make her pregnant anyhow.

At the hospital, the doctor takes Kareena’s blood and says the reports will come by tomorrow. Kareena gains consciousness and gets scared. Satya tells her that everyone will know the truth that she is pregnant or not. Kareena says she would have come with him and he have done such hard work. She smiles looking at Satya. Satya and Mahi goes. Anupama thinks Kareena is lying and wonders if her lie is caught then….Kritika comes there and sees her mother-in-law having so many bananas and asks if she is fine. Anupama tells that she is stressed, because of Kareena’s accusation. Kritika asks her not to eat much. They come back home. Anupama asks Kareena if everyone came to know that she is not pregnant and acts to scold her. Kareena goes inside the room. Mitul tells that her father, Raj is calling her in the room. Kritika asks her mother-in-law not to eat much.

Later Anupama calls Kareena up and asks what happened in the hospital. Kareena asks her not to talk uselessly and scold her that she would had stopped Satya from taking her to hospital. Anupama says they would have doubted on her. Kareena asks her not to call her again that she don’t need her. Raj tells Satya and Mahi that Kareena’s mum Shabnam troubled Siddharth and Roshni a lot and asks them to do something and stop her conspiracy. Satya says she can’t harm them anymore and says she is scared now as she knows her game is going to end, but doesn’t want to show that she is tensed, but knows that she has lost. He asks his grandfather to walk proudly like a tiger that his grandson will handle everything. Kareena tries to go out but the guards stops her.

Kareena asks them to move from her way. Satya asks her to stop shouting and says these men are his and adds that she is in house arrest. He says she is waiting for a chance to change the reports and that his men will not let her change the reports. She says when the truth comes out then he will repent. Kritika is worries. Raj stops Kareena from entering their inhouse temple and says she have no place in their house. Later, Satya and Mahi get the reports. Satya is shocked to see the report coming as positive and asks how can it be possible. Anupama asks Kareena to go. Mahi takes the report from Satya and is shocked too. Satya says this is truth.

Satya and Mahi gets shocked seeing the report. They come home. Kritika and Raj asks them to tell them what is in the report. Mahi says the report is positive. Everyone is shocked. The inspector comes there. and says Kareena accused Satya of rape. Mahi asks Kareena, what she wants and why she is doing this? Kareena says everything is clear and shows her pregnancy reports and tells him that Satya took advantage of her mental state and raped her. Raj says she is lying? Satya says she is a fraudster and tried to kill them. He says she has managed to change the reports and he is sure that she is not pregnant, but he can’t prove it. He checks for the video and says this will prove that nothing had happened. Kareena smirks. Satya is shocked as the video is deleted by Kareena. The inspector arrests Satya for assault. Mahi asks the inspector to leave her husband that Satya can’t rape her. The inspector refuses to listento her and takes him away. Mahi tries to call their lawyer, but he doesn’t pick the call. Kritika tells Mahi that she will come with her. Raj gets an attack and says the girl is cunning. Mahi tells Kareena that she will not spear her if anything happens to her family and pushes her on the sofa. Kareena vow that she have to pay for this.

Satya asks Mahi to take care of his grandfather. Mahi assures him nothing will happen to him. She says she trust him a lot, but if Kareena is saying the truth then. Satya says she is lying and playing game like always. He says he didn’t know how she changed the report, and he is inside and can’t prove it. He conclude that she is not alone and someone is helping her. Mahi says whoever is with her will be caught. Mahi says that person will be caught. She asks him to take care.

Kareena thanks Payal for changing the reports and asks why she want to help her. Payal says just because enemies enemy is friend. She says one thing is common between them, and that is Satya. She adds that their target is one and she will get much happiness to ruined them. Kareena shakes her hand with Payal. Payal as a nurse goes to the hospital and changes the negative report with positive report. She then calls Kareena up and says her work is done.
