Pallavi switches the fake poison with the real poison. Rocky convinces the family that Twinkle needs psychiatric help. In the nick of time, Yuvraj somehow manages to safe Twinkle.

Twinkle is still very determined to reveal that Rocky is Kunj. Twinkle efforts keep failing thanks to her new enemy, Pallavi. Twinkle stuns the whole Sarna family as she forcefully enters the mansion without their permission.

Pallavi shows the video she took of Twinkle and Rocky to the Sarna family. Twinkle confronts Rocky and tells him something that ultimately makes him confess his real identity. Pallavi goes away, but vows to return real soon.

Twinkle and Kunj somehow both end up at the same church and they don't even know it. Twinkle is left confused about what to do next. A renewed rivalry begins between Yuvi and Kunj, who will come out on top this time?

The two men that troubled Twinkle and Sonia, spike Twinkle's drink with the hope of getting revenge. Pallavi returns and it's already clear what her game plan is. Turns out that Sonia isn't who she pretends to be.

Twinkle is walking on burning coals, Leela pleads her to get down and not do this. Twinkle says God you know my love for Kunj is true then how can you allow this? How can he marry someone else? God please do something, she keeps walking on coals.
