While Kunj is signing the papers, his pen stops working and Twinkle offer to bring another pen. Bebe calls Kunj that his friend has come to meet him. Kunj asks Twinkle to bring the pen in the hall and he leaves with the papers. Twinkle asks herself what if Kunj reads those papers. Kunj meets his friend Sandy, Twinkle comes there and see the file on the table, Kunj asks Twinkle to bring refreshments for his friend.
Twinkle goes and brings it. She asks Kunj to sign the papers, but he tells her to give him sometime, he then apologize to her that he is making her wait and adds that he is working on his project. Twinkle says no issues.
Anita calls Twinkle up and asks why is the release papers didn't reach her son till now? She asks if she is waiting for another attack on Kunj? Twinkle angrily tells her that is enough and warn her not to even think of hurting her Kunj. Anita tell her not to show her attitude. Twinkle says she haven't seen her attitude and she know she is desperate to bring her son out of jail and tells her to remember only she can't bring him out of jail, as much as she need his blood, she know Anita need her to free her son and further tell her not to waste her time by calling again and again, adding that she know what she have to do and warn her not to try to blackmail her next time, she angrily ends call. Anita is stunned to see her blunt avatar.

Kunj comes to Twinkle and apologize to her for making her wait. Twinkle says it's okay. Kunj says why is she so nice? He ask her to tell him where he have to sign and adds that he can sign on death warrant for her. Twinkle says she have told him many times not to talk about death. Seeing that she is upset, Kunj says he was joking and he like to tease her, he then says he can sign any paper for her even with his eyes closed, he closes his eyes. Twinkle is distraught seeing how much he trusts her. As Kunj has closed his eyes, he asks Twinkle where he has to sign? Twinkle puts his hand on paper, Kunj signs on Yuvi’s release papers with eyes closed and he asks if she is happy now? She nods and after fooling Kunj into signing Yuvraj's bail papers, Twinkle says she will take the papers to their client. Kunj says okay that he will come with her. On hearing this, Twinkle gets tensed and tell him to complete his college project, then she will go with her mom. Kunj tell her to go safely. As Twinkle starts to leave, she slips and the papers fall from her hands. Kunj comes to her and asks if she is fine? She nods and starts collecting papers. Kunj starts collecting too, Twinkle takes the papers from his hand before he can see it, he looks at her tensed and caresses her face, Twinkle thinks that he trusts her blindly but when he know the truth then she don't know what will happen to him.

Anita Luthra is with Yuvraj, who is locked up in the jail. Yuvraj is restless and impatient as Twinkle has not yet arrived there and shouts on his mom asking why Twinkle is taking so much time to bring the papers? He tells his mom to call her up and see if she is playing any game with them. Anita grows angry seeing how impatient her son is and says she called her, telling him to wait for sometime. Yuvi is miffed. Meanwhile, Twinkle and Leela are the with lawyer, Twinkle tell her mom that she have doubts and asks if she is doing right or wrong?. She further asks if Kunj will be so miffed when he gets to know that she freed Yuvi from jail but she is not able to see any way of saving Kunj except this and asks her mom what to do? Leela looks on.

As Twinkle and Leela are on their way to the jail where Yuvraj is. Yuvi is waiting in the cell for Twinkle, he says this is too much and he know where Twinkle is and asks what if she doesn't come? The lawyer says today is friday and if they don't get the release papers today then he will have to remain in jail till monday. Yuvi says he can't live in this jail anymore. At the same time, they sees Twinkle and Leela reach the jail and gets happy. Yuvi says to Twinkle that this is cute that because of her husband’s illness, his wife is innocently brought release papers for him and that he feel pity for her, he asks his mom if she don't? Anita smirks. Twinkle who take back the case they had filed against Yuvraj in setting him free says yes she is doing all this for her husband’s love and this is strength of their love that his freedom depend on them and he should be happy for getting charity from her. The lawyer says to Yuvi’s lawyer that his client have dropped all charges off Yuvi and she has taken her case back, he gives him release papers. Yuvi smirks. Anita says she don't know why people put innocent people in jail. The jailer comes there and opens the cell’s lock. Yuvi comes out and evilly stares at Twinkle. Twinkle recalls how Yuvi said that she will come to him begging and their story isn't finished. As Yuvraj gets released from prison, Anita says finally her son is out of jail, she feeds him sweets and says in the end the truth won, she already told that people can lie but the truth will win as God is always with truth. Yuvi tells his mom that this is so not fair and asks how can she forget their guest of honor? He tells his mom to give sweets to Leela and Twinkle too as they have worked so hard to bring him out of jail so they deserve it. Anita asks Leela to eat sweets, she angrily looks at her, Anita says it looks like she doesn't like sweets. Twinkle says they can say alot but their tongue is not like them that they can eat many sweets but will still poison only when they open their mouth. She proudly says her mother has made her learn that they should not talk to cheap people, Leela takes Twinkle from there.

Twinkle comes out of jail, Yuvi says to Twinkle that she didn't tell him how is half dead husband is? As his blood is in his veins now. Yuvi tells her to remember one thing, that today she made him wait alot but he is forgiving her thinking it as her last mistake and warn her not to miff him again as then he can take out his anger on Kunj and anything can happen in this city that she will never know. On hearing this, Twinkle slaps him hard, Yuvi gets angry and stares at her. Twinkle holds his collar and says enough of his words, she tells him to listen to her now that she have freed him from jail as he is donating blood to her husband, and if he even think to hurt her husband then she will send him to jail again, and asks if he understand? Yuvi grabs her hand and twists her arm, people gather there and asks Yuvi if he is eve-teasing girl? Yuvi ask them to get lost, people ask him to leave the girl’s hand. Leela tells people to see these type of boys start eve-teasing girl anywhere and they should get beaten up, the people get furious and start beating Yuvi. Leela and Twinkle smirk. Twinkle sits on the ground and says he must be hurt, she then repeat Yuvi dialogue to see that bad happens with bad people, and he said about hurting Kunj and this happened with him, she furiously tell him to think if he try to hurt Kunj then what will happen to him ( Yuvi ). She asks Anita to take him back him to the hospital as psycho like him should remain in hospital with his hands tied, she have freed him thinking it as charity and he will donate blood to Kunj and further warn him not to even think of hurting her Kunj else she will not spare him. She angrily looks at Yuvi while he winces in pain lying on the ground. Twinkle leaves with her mom. A flabbergasted Yuvi says okay Twinkle, he will not hurt Kunj but what she did today, she has to pay for it and this is her game, he have started it and till he don't win, he will not let it end, he is doing favor on her but she is showing ego to him, he prouldly says his name is Yuvraj Luthra and he will make Twinkle bow down to him.

Leela says to Twinkle that she did right by answering Yuvi back, he would do this again and again, and she did right by slapping him. Twinkle says it was needed and she feel Yuvi will try to hurt her family as he is out of jail. Leela assures her that nothing will happen that she is with her and they will fight with them. Twinkle says she need three bottles of blood from Yuvi after that she will show Yuvi his real place but she is scared. Leela says everything will be fine.

While Bebe, Usha and Kunj are talking, Bebe says once a sardar told her that she look hot. Twinkle comes there, Kunj asks how was the meeting? She says fine, Bebe says she went for meeting so it has to be good. Kunj says he is surprised that she is not creating problems but doing sensible work, he and Usha laugh, they listen a noise and thinks that it seems like someone is getting married, they should go out and check whose baraat it is. Someone comes on the street with bike and just. when he is about to take off his helmet, everyone looks on. Twinkle thinks that it seems like Yuvi only and only he can come in this way, she looks on, the man takes off his helmet and turns but it's not Yuvi and is some other guy of the colony. Twinkle is relieved and thinks what if Yuvi comes back home and what will she do then?. While Twinkle is in deep thought in her room, Kunj comes from behind and hugs her, she gets scared and he tells her he is the one and asks who can dare to touch her like this except him. Twinkle says he came unexpectedly so she got scared and in order to excuse herself, she tells him that she will bring water for him then he can take his medicine, she leaves. Twinkle comes to the kitchen, she pours water in a jug and she sees silhouette in the hall. She says it must be her doubt and she should go to her room. As Twinkle is leaving the hall, she finds her and Yuvi old picture, she looks around and starts leaving when Yuvi comes from behind and asks if she will not meet him? Twinkle turns and angrily looks at him, he waves to her.

Twinkle gets the water for Kunj and is going back to her room. Yuvi calls out to her and asks if she will not meet him. He leans against the wall. Twinkle turns and glares at him. He says hi sweetheart and asks her if she won't offer him some water. Twinkle tells him to get lost. He says that people show the most attitude when they need him. He says he loves when she is angry and arrogant. He further tells her it looks good on her. She asks him to leave. He says why should he. He is the son of the house and he has just come back home from jail. He asks her how could he leave with meeting the family. He tells her that the welcome celebrations from early was all planned by him. Twinkle recalls same. He says he wanted a reaction from her that she would sing Sajan Ji Ghar Aaye song for him but she didn't give him any and broke his heart. He tells her she hasn't even given him water.
Twinkle tells him that the family would never welcome him in the house. Yuvi tells not to say such things and asks if she has told anyone that she got him released from jail and now scared that anyone can know it. He asks her if she wants him to keep her secret. Meanwhile, Kunj is in his room awaiting Twinkle. He wonders why she hasn't come yet. Yuvi says he won't inform the others that he's freed but she will have to fulfill some more conditions as he is doing alot for her. Kunj calls out to Twinkle. Yuvi says he will go and meet him. Twinkle tells him he cannot. He asks her to plead nicely. Twinkle gives in to Yuvraj's demands just to save her husband’s life and she says please and asks him not to meet Kunj. Yuvi smiles and says that's his baby. He reminds her that Kunj needs three more blood and she will have to accept his other two conditions too and she know what he can do if she resist him. He tells her that a courier will drop a package for her. She should sign and receive it. He calls her baby and leaves from there.

In the morning, Kunj is having breakfast with Bebe and his mom. Twinkle is working in the kitchen. Kunj asks his if they got any courier? She says no. Kunj says he is expecting a courier to arrive as his friend has sent him a book. Twinkle wonders what is Yuvi's move and says she will have to receive the parcel else others may get it. The door bell rings and Usha gets up but Twinkle says she will see to it. She collects the parcel and comes inside. Bebe asks what is it. She says that Mahi has sent a parcel for her. Bebe tells her to go attend to it.

In her room, Twinkle opens the package and it's a book. She says Yuvi sent her book and wonder what's this drama?. Kunj comes with a package. She thinks that Kunj received Yuvi's parcel and she received his. Kunj gets stern with her and asks her what is all this. She fumbles and he starts laughing. He tells her she fights the world and now she's scared. He says she got his parcel. He smiles and tells her that Mahi is pagal as she has not written anything on it. He exchanges the packages. He asks her to open hers and maybe she has sent something like honeymoon suite. Twinkle thinks what will she tell him and what Yuvi has sent? Kunj gets busy in reading his book. She opens it and sees Yuvi's note. She stealthily removes it and throws it on the ground before Kunj sees. She then kicks it under the bed. She picks up a sexy black dress. Kunj tells her that her sister has excellent taste and is modern. He says it's a nice dress and ask if Mahi sent it to her so she could wear it on his birthday which is coming up in two days. He asks her if she will wear it for him. She responds that she can do anything for him and she just want him live a good life and be safe. He says he knows and pinches her cheeks. He leaves. Twinkle picks up Yuvi's note. It says that she will have to wear the dress and meet him at a hotel so that they can relive their past. Twinkle prays to Baba Ji for a way out and says she only doing everything for her Kunj but Yuvi can stoop to any level.

Twinkle says thank God that Kunj had a meeting tonight otherwise she wouldn't be able to go out of house. She wears the dress and looks at herself in the mirror. She is highly uncomfortable. She says she can't believe she is doing this on Yuvi’s saying and she have to be strong. She says that once she get's Yuvi's blood for Kunj she will show him his place but until them she has to do as he says. Late at night Usha is downstairs straightening stuff. She sees Twinkle dressed in a trench coat. She asks her where she is going. Twinkle says she got a call from a client for a wedding. She says she is going there. She says she is cold and hence the reason for the coat. Usha asks her to be careful that she don't have to work so hard and come back soon. Twinkle leaves.

Kunj is at a hotel. He calls up his friend that the hotel seems to be not good who informs him he is in the wrong place and tell him to come to the other hotel. Kunj says okay, he sits in his car. The taxi drops off Twinkle right there but she is unaware that Yuvraj calls her to the same hotel where Kunj is meeting his college friend. She crosses in front of Kunj's car. Kunj spots her back and says that the dress is similar to the one Mahi had gifted Twinkle. He has a doubt and follows her.

Twinkle enters the hotel and sees other people there. She thinks that Yuvi is so cheap, he has deliberately made her wear this dress and come to this hotel. She goes to the reception area and asks about a room number 302. The receptionist informs her that a guy is waiting. He tells her to close the door as police raids are quite common. Twinkle goes and finds the room. She knocks on the door. Kunj comes to the receptionist and asks about a girl. The receptionist says many girl come here. Kunj says the girl wore a black dress. The receptionist says he is informed that the girl went to meet someone. Yuvi opens the door and ogles Twinkle as he looks at her from top to toe. He says the receptionist informed him that a hot girl was coming to his room. He ask her to come inside. Twinkle comes in his room and he closes door. Kunj is outside the corridor searching for the girl.

Twinkle tells Yuvi that she came here on his saying but he will do what she say, she shows him papers that he will have to sign some paper stating his willingness to donate blood to Kunj. Yuvi asks what's this? Twinkle says it's confirmation paper. She says that in return for her one hour he will have to sign the paper of giving second bottle of blood to her husband. Yuvi says he will sign it later and suggest they talk lovely. She tells him to shut up and insists he sign now. He tells her she is stubborn and she won't listen. He signs and returns them. Twinkle says she will only spend one hour with him but not more than an hour. He says anything for her and says alot can happen in sixty minutes and she will have to fulfill all his wishes. He tells her to go down to the reception and bring ice. He says they will have some drinks first, then they will..he stop seeing how angry she is and says she know what he is waiting for, he order her to go. Twinkle leaves. At the reception area, Twinkle is asking for the ice. Kunj spots her from behind and goes up to her. He places his hand on her shoulder. She turns and Kunj is surprised.
