Surgeon, Ignacio and his men celebrate the success of the
operation in a brothel. Meanwhile, Julia and Caesar plan how to take over the
cartel.

Centauro and his men attack the brothel,
and Vicente manages to escape. Rafael tells Salgado that he thinks Aguilar is
the Surgeon’s spy.
