Cuban actor, Mario Cimarro described by many as a ‘ladies’ man’ won the hearts of viewers especially ladies when he played the role of Salvador Cerinza in the telenovela, Second Chance (El Cuerpo del Deseo).
Second Chance is a
telenovela about a wealthy man who comes back from the dead in the body of a
poor man and discovers dark secrets about his beautiful and sexy widow.
Mario’s long life dream was to become an
actor; hence, he studied acting from a young age and ended up with a degree in
Drama. His desire further made him study intensively with distinguished
teachers, including Bill Alderson
and Adriana Barraza.
After his degree in drama, Mario started to
pursue his passion in acting and he got a break on the big screen with the Baz Luhrmann directed movie, Romeo and Juliet starring
alongside Leonardo DiCaprio and
Claire Danes.
He has starred in novelas like Los Herederos Del Monte (Del Monte Dynasty), Passion de Gavilanes, Mar de Amor (Curse by the sea), Gata Salvaje, La traicion and many others.
The movies Mario has featured in include Romeo & Juliet, The Cuban connection, The Zwickys and Rockaway. He also had a recurring role on USA Network's Necessary Roughness.
Over the years, well-built and handsome Mario Cimarro has made a name for himself as well as a successful career as an actor.
