Wednesday Update On Modern Homemaker Episode 23 - 25

Chameli says just make her housewife to work and Sunaina says she came with hope to her and she is giving up on her. Chameli says she can do anything but not look for a servant as looking for a good one these days are hard like looking for a groom.

Durgesh comes and talks to the lawyer and the lawyer inform him that the video which Durgesh had sent is a hit. Durgesh asks how much profit will he get and the lawyer keeps explaining while Durgesh, who get an opportunity from a lawyer to earn commission for being a fake witness in a case, gets excited. Bindiya’s husband says he always thought that lawyers protect the law but he had opened his eyes today. The lawyer tells Durgesh, their deal is final, he takes out a bundle of money and gives to Durgesh. In the police station, the constable tells Kanhaiya that they tried looking for servants but they couldn’t find one. Kanhaiya gets bothered due to the unavailability of a maid for their house and says he really needs to look for one, and with them to try to manage for him. Avinash comes to the police station and Kanhaiya greets him. Avinash says he went to the station to send his aunt to Delhi, so he came over to visit him.

Avinash then tells him that he saw in the news that he caught the gas cylinder. Kanhaiya proudly says the reason for that to happen is his sister in-law, Sona. Sona is shown cleaning the house and then having problem in moving the cupboard. Neelam comes there and helps Sona while Sunaina calls Neelam to come! Both Sona and Neelam turns and looks while Neelam goes to her mother in-law Sunaina. Sunaina says once she ask her not to do something, then she don't have to do it. Neelam explain to her that there was no one else and she helped her to move the cupboard. Sunaina says a person who wants to be a housewife should pratice to do all this and Sona smiles hearing this. Sunaina then asks who will keep helping her all the time. Neelam says it was hard and Suniana then says to make their problems easier, a servant is coming soon. Her son Kanhaiya will find one soon. Kanhaiya tells Avinash that he need to look for a servant in order to send back his sister in-law to work. Avinash says he is leaving for now and tells him to find a good servant who can think well. Neelam asks what she will do after she comes. Sunaina says once a servant comes, the resting time will increase and Sona will need to go back to office. Sunaina Devi further adds that the relationship between both of them will be no more. Suhnaina then leaves while Neelam looks at Sona. Sona walks to Neelam and assures her of being a great housewife to the family. She tells her not to worry and plead with her to now smile. Neelam smiles.

Durgesh tries to help Sunaina Devi by providing her with an house maid and in order to gain commission. Meanwhile, Sunaina is tensed for not getting a maid when Durgesh comes there and he assures her that he will bring a maid within 24 hours. At police station, Kanhaiya and his subordinate policemen fail to find a maid for the Chaturvedi family. Kanhaiya asks the reason from the constables as to why they can’t get a maid. He again sends them to search for maid. On the other, Neelam feels bad and wonders what she will do when the maid will come as she will be left with no work. Durgesh manages to get a maid for the family. Durgesh manages to get a maid for the family as he arrives with a very high attitude maid. Sona asks her mother in-law why she wants a maid for the house when already there are 2 housewives in the house. Sunaina neglects Sona’s words and asks the salary of the maid who says that firstly she will check the house and kitchen. The maid claims that there are 10 people in house and if they will eat for at least 3 times then she too will have a lot of work to do so she will take 10000 Rupees per month.

Sunaina and others are shocked. Sunaina Devi refuses to pay a huge amount to the maid as per the maid's demand and says that she can only pay 2000 while the maid declare that the 2000 is only the commission of Durgesh and then asks for her own. Durgesh says that the maid is lying and he haven’t asked for any commission and then asks the maid to leave. Back at the police station, the constables returned with not the maids but their husbands. Kanhaiya asked every husband about their maid wife for work.The dissatisfied Kanhaiya says that during this crucial time of Kumbh mela it's really hard to get a maid till 2 months but now anyhow he will find a maid for his home till tomorrow’s evening. Sona calls Kanhaiya to come home for lunch but Kanhaiyya says that he is so busy at work that he ate lunch there only. Bindiya and Renu thought to give extra work to the maid if she comes so that she leaves the work. Julie again calls to the boys and asks for gifts. Gyaneshwar (Sunaina's brother in-law ) tries to influence Sunaina Devi's decision to hire a maid but Sunaina Devi stays stubborn to her decision and tells her Devar that she will make Sona join the office and a maid will come and that she is paying for marrying her son to Sona.

Kanhaiya sees a kite on his table where it’s written ''I Love You''. He then scolds the two young boys who is sending the love letters through the kites to which Kanhaiya says he would call their fathers and the boys immediately begs him not to do it. Kanhaiya tells them to never disturb the ladies and to help him look for a servant within one hour or they would be send behind the bars. They leave while Kanhaiya talk to himself how he (himself) thinks? Julie comes to meet Avinash at a coffee shop and Avinash is surprise to see her. Julie says she saw his car parked outside the coffee shop and she thought of greeting him. Avinash asks Julie to sit down while Julie praises Avinash for his ads. She then asks if she can order coffee in which Avinash replied that he just had it and also says that her Chachu/uncle likes Milk (Kanhaiya). Avinash adds that once she is addicted to one thing, she will need to control it. Julie then asks Avinash what he is addicted to as her uncle Kanhaiya never told her anything. Avinash asks if it is not getting late for her. Julie says that he is trying to change the topic and since he want her to leave, she will leave and Avinash stops her. Julie then asks Avinash if he could drop her back home. He says he can do one thing by calling her uncle Kanhaiya to drop her back.

Hearing this, a scared Julie says it’s alright that she will go back on her own and she just wanted to see his reaction. She then asks when he will come to her house. Avinash says when her uncle calls him home. Julie asks if he will not come when she call and will only come when her uncle Kanhaiya call? Avinash looks at Julie and Julie changes the topic saying it's alright, as he is a big celebrity and she can understand it. Avinash says he will surely come one day and Julie tells him that she would cook delicious Halwa for him then and leaves. Kanhaiya comes back home and meets his mother where Sunaina asks if he have found a servant. He tells his mother that he is still trying to get one. Sunaina looks at him while Kanhaiya asks for more time. He then asks his mother to manage for some more days with Sona and Neelam. Sunaina says this is not easy as he think, and that she had promised Sona's Daadi that she will look for a servant and he know that once she is committed to something, she would not even listen to herself and then asks him what she should do? Kanhaiya says her blessings will enable him to find a servant.

Later, Kanhaiya is singing song which Sona looks from the top and smiles at him. Seeing her, Kanhaiyya gets shy. Sunaina notices this; she asks what happened and looks up where Sona moves away. Sunaina says she know where is his thoughts is now, she then tells him to go and see his wife. Neelam is massaging Sunaina's head asking her not to worry. Suhnaina asks how she cannot be worried till Sona go back to work. Neelam asks if she can bring water for her. Sunaina refuses and makes her stand in front of her (Sunaina) on one feet and sing Hanuman chalisa.

Sona walks inside the kitchen saying there is so many works to do. Sona listens to Neelam singing the Hanuman chalisa and wonders from where the voice is coming from? She wonders why her sister in-law Neelam is singing Hanuman chalisa at this time? Sona comes and is shocked to see Neelam standing on one feet and is about to open her mouth and when Neelam sees Sona and signals her not to say anything and leave. Sona feel bad as she witnesses Sunaina Devi punishing Neelam for no reason. She hesitantly moves away and Neelam stands back on both the feet. Sunaina asks why is she standing on her feet? Neelam says she have finished reading the Chalisa as she said. Sunaina asks how come she finished so fast. She further warns Neelam that if she find her helping Sona again, she will give her heavier punishment. Neelam says yes and she leaves. Neelam comes out and Sona asks what this is all about?Neelam says Hanuman Chalisa is mummy's favorite song. A confused Sona says she still can understand mummy and that she is ready to face anything from her.

Neelam explain to her that mummy's only motive now is to send her back to work and she can feel that Mummy is planning something new. Just then, the house phone rings which Neelam answers the call and goes to give the phone to Sunaina. Sunaina answers the call where she asks the caller if she is coming to her house. An excited Sunaina says this is a very good news and asks the caller to come faster and that she really need her help as she have a problem. She tell the caller she cannot tell her on phone, she asks her to come over and she will tells her everything. After disconnecting the phone, Sunaina calls Sona saying some of her guests are coming over on Sunday. She asks Sona to clean up the guest rooms and also prepare everything in the house. She adds that everything should be perfect and in between of all this, the housework should not stop. Neelam says she wonder which friends are coming and both Neelam and Sona decide to ask Chacha.

Neelam informs Chacha that mummy's friend called and they are coming here to discuss with mummy. Sona says we don't know who is the friend and what are they coming to discuss about. Chacha thinks and says he think he know. A fort is coming and it's a war fort. He inform Sona this will be her life's biggest test where one Sunaina herself is hard, but now another 4 people like Sunaina is about to come. He wonders what will happen and Sona is thinking. Sona walks into the room and Kanhaiya pretends to be sleeping and talking in his dreams. Sona feels pity for Kanhaiya's loneliness and is about to touch him and her Daadi appears. Sona says she can't see him like this. Daadi asks if she have forgot everything she have taught her? She reminds her that she want to be a housewife and to do what she wants. Daadi vanish. She then controls herself after thinking about her Daadi.

Meanwhile, Sunaina is thinking about getting the servant and saying that getting a servant is not easy, she need the help of her friends. Chacha ji comes in saying that this time, you are thinking so far ahead. Why are your friends coming here all of a sudden? Suhnaina says they are coming to help me. Gyaneshwar (Chacha/ Devar ) asks what is the help? Sunaina, who keeps finding ways to put Sona down says since she has failed so far, she invites her stringent friends to help her and that Sona will be going back to work on Monday morning. Gyaneshwar finally learns Sunaina Devi's ploy to invite her twelve friends at her home to help her influence Sona's decision. He thinks to himself that his doubt was right; Sunaina and her friends are going to test Sona.

The next day morning, Maa Thakur of Breaking Free, Kutumb of Hitler Sister, Savita Tai of Sacred Ties and Gayatri of Married Again arrive at Sunaina’s house as they are invited by their friend Sunaina Devi, to the Chaturvedi residence and starts walking in while Sunaina welcomes each of them by hugging them and the whole family watches them. Savita Tai tells Sunaina that her face is still looking the same after all these years. Sunaina Devi, who invites them with a motive to help her to influence Sona's decision of being a housewife to the family says how can they all come to Allaabad and not come to her house? Sunaina calls Sona to bring the aarti tray and introduces Sona as her daughter-in-law.

Sona thinks to herself that they are mother’s friends. Sunaina also thinks to herself that now Sona game will end. Savita Tai looks at Sona and asks if she is the reporter daughter in-law she mentioned about? Sunaina nods her head but Sona correct her that she is a housewife and smiles. Sona takes the aartia and takes blessings from all of them. Sunaina calls them in and introduces her friends to all her family members.
