Monday Update On Lies Of The Heart Episode 229 - 230

Here is what is expected on Lies of the Heart, on Monday, December 18 on Episode 229– 230, showing on Zee World.

At Samrat’s and Amrit’s residence, Samrat asks people at the dinner to serve some sweets, as his son called him today. All are confused as to why he is happy.

Samrat exclaims with pride that his son has called him stealthily, and narrates everything he told him, and gloats that his son will very soon come to him. All are tensed, but he asks them all to be happy, and that he finally was able to defeat Urmi. But they don't pay attention, and say that they are bored listening to Samrat’s rant, but Samrat defiantly says that both Urmi and Shaurya would come, and that he can do the impossible. Shashi too starts venting out her frustration, but he rebukes them all and says that he meets Shaurya every day and soon he would win over Urmi.

Amrit is philandering around with girls, when Aditi calls, and he is frustrated. Later, Aditi is upset and tells Amrit that she cannot meet him for few days as something is seriously wrong and tells him about the pain in her stomach, when Samrat had slapped her, and that she won't be allowed to go out alone now but she does not realize that Amrit is actually having a great time with the money she had been giving him. He thinks that he has money and can buy everything and enjoy but he pretends to be very sad and distraught, that he won't be able to see her and the baby. She says that she would call him when she gets the time. He disconnects the call, and again gets to his promiscuity.

Meanwhile at Sushma’s residence, Urmi comes back to Shaurya. Shaurya is angry at his mom, while she tries to cajole him, saying that she missed him too. He says that he got bored. She asks what if he gets a small brother or a sister. He says that he would love a small brother. Urmi agrees. She gets emotional, while he says that he would be satisfied with a sister too. He starts telling about his day with Sushma and her husband, while Urmi starts laughing.

The next morning at Samrat’s residence, while all are busy with their chores, Samrat walks in as he surprises his family when he brings Shaurya home asking them to see who has come. Shaurya walks in excitedly but without Urmi even knowing and they are overwhelmed to see him after a long time while Shashi however is irritated. All talks, chat and treat him very specially while Samrat enjoys smilingly. For Samrat’s impression, Shashi starts expressing fake love and concern, and starts cursing Urmi for keeping him away from her. Mandira too comes down excitedly, and hugs him, while all are amused to see them bantering with much excitement. Shaurya expresses that he is going to school. Mukti too serves him sweets. Mandira leaves to get something, while Shashi continues to shower her love on him. Rudra asks him how is Urmi, and he says that she is okay and misses them all. Samrat says that soon she would stop missing them. Mandira comes and gifts him a soft toy that Shaurya had always wanted and was attached with the most. Shaurya expresses his thankfulness.

Samrat tries to use this time to brainwash him against his mother and asks Shaurya to see how much they all love him, and on the other hand, there’s his mom who has distanced him from their love. Shashi too adds fuel to fire, while all others are tensed. Samrat too plays along trying to convince Shaurya the more that his mom is guilty of separating them. Rudra asks him not to influence Shaurya. But Samrat defiantly says that he doesn't want Shaurya to be away from anyone. He starts saying that there are other people, than Urmi, who love him equally or even more than his mom. He asks Shaurya to think beside his mom's love, as it's important, and that his mom is selfish, and doesn't think of anyone else, but says that he would remove all his troubles. Shaurya complies.

Later, Shashi starts talking about melting her old jewellery and making new one for her. Aditi gets tensed as she remembers she stole from her own house. As she hurries to show Aditi the jewellery, Aditi hastily stops her, surprising Shashi, and then starts picking up on Samrat’s restrictions on her, and Shashi gets diverted and leaves. Aditi heaves a sigh of relief.

At Sushma’s residence and Shaurya’s school, while Sushma is busy calculating, Urmi comes and gives Sushma the money that she owed her, by giving the advance for her biggest order, and tells about her work. Sushma gets emotional, and says that in all these years, their own son didn't give his income ever to them, and that she is super happy, and blesses her for every happiness. She comments that her parents are fortunate that they got a girl like her, and due to her, she wants to trust on relations again. Urmi says that she would never let them down, and asks them to trust her, and start living once again. Just then, Urmi gets an unexpected phone call from Shaurya's school who turns out to be from the principal’s office that she should meet them right away, and not divulge any further. She is highly tensed.

Urmi places an advertisement for her cake catering services. she is shocked to hear from the Principal, that Shaurya had been absent continuously in the school and tries to clarify it, but finds that Shaurya’s attendance is completely low, and is shocked when the principal on top of that, tells her about her husband’s over exuberant display of affection for Shaurya’s birthday and giving his teacher an expensive phone. Urmi tells her that it wasn't Shaurya’s birthday. The principal asks what he wants to show by making her students complex. Urmi is stunned and unable to believe it all. She is shocked and appalled to hear that. She asks to talk to Shaurya once, and is distraught and stunned, when told that Shaurya hasn't come to school today, then how can she arrange for him to meet Urmi.

At Shaurya’s school, Urmi waits in the auto for Shaurya to come, while the auto driver begins to get impatient. She remembers Samrat’s threats. Just when the school hours are done, Samrat comes to leave Shaurya and she is shocked to find Samrat come back with Shaurya in the car. Samrat again reminds Shaurya as to how much everyone loved him, back at the house. He again reminds Shaurya that he doesn't have to tell all this to his mom at all. Shaurya too agrees that he won't tell anything. As they both turn, the two of them get shocked when they see Urmi standing in front of them and tensed as they find themselves face to face with Urmi. Urmi eyes them silently, and then at Shaurya, who is shit scared. Samrat watches for her reaction. Urmi takes Shaurya by his hands from his dad with consternation and walks away, meanwhile Samrat is only proud that he has successfully brainwashed Shaurya against Urmi. He smirks evilly, as he turns around to watch them go. He thinks that Urmi might take Shaurya away, but now he is his son, and only to come back within 24 hours. He thinks that Shaurya has been moulded to irritate her against him, and that he has stolen his son, and is not left with anything. Samrat thinks that he finally won over Urmi, while she drives off silently, with Shaurya.

At Samrat’s residence, Rudra wonders if Urmi knew that Shaurya came to their house. Aditi too complies. Kanchan is tensed. But Shashi rebukes them that they can't see him happy. Shashi again defends Samrat and his work, while Rudra tells that Shaurya was in school uniform and that Samrat might have just got him here without Urmi’s attention. They discuss, while Shashi starts fuming against them, that they are thinking of Urmi, and not their own son, Samrat. Shashi says that Samrat is right in rebuking them when they think about his family. Aditi asks her to shut up, as she understands but won't accept. Shashi doesn't relent. She says that Shaurya is not just Urmi’s son but is his father too, and a responsible one. Rudra reminds her how irresponsible Samrat was when Shaurya lived here. Shashi goes resignedly.

At Sushma’s and Samrat’s residence, Urmi later scolds Shaurya for meeting his father, venting out her frustration at him, asking why he went to meet his dad, despite her telling him not to. But Shaurya replies asking why he can’t meet his father, and questions his mother and asks her the reason for stopping him from meeting his father. Hearing this, Urmi is shocked and asks how he can dare to ask his own mother this. She says that his father is not right, and instigates him for irritating her, and further tells him that his father is meeting him with wrong intentions. She asks why did he need to meet his father and asks if he is not happy with her, and what does she not do for him, and gives him every happiness, and still he lied and went to meet his father. She begins to cry. Shaurya, who is dad's mind games has worked on replies that his dad also loves him, very much. Urmi is shocked to find him instigated like this. Urmi asks if she loves him less. He starts speaking whatever his dad has instigated him about her and against her. She is appalled. In shock, she caresses his face, unable to believe what she just heard. She says that he does not understand and she is unable to explain it to him.

While Shaurya is asleep, he finds himself in a conflict as he reviews the recent experiences that he had with his dad, pleasurable ones, and the one he had with his mom, irritating ones. When he hears his mom’s voice, he pretends to be asleep, and she is tensed to find that he slept without taking milk. She pulls the drapes over him. Samrat calls Urmi up and wishes to speak to his son Shaurya and is told that he won't. Urmi tells him that Shaurya won't talk to him. He says that he is his son and he can speak to him anytime. Urmi says that Shaurya is asleep and even if he was awake, she would not have made him talk to him. Samrat is shocked, while urmi says that he has used Shaurya for his motives. She says that he used him enough and that he is her son and won't let him become his weapon. Let alone talking, she won't even let him cast a shadow on her son. She adds that he is her son and will always be. She disconnects the call. Shaurya overhears the entire conversation tensely, and then pretends to sleep again, when his mom disconnects the call. Samrat is amused that Urmi is irritated, as that's what he wanted and plans his next move and that she actually made things easier for him, and that one move, and he wins the game.

The next morning, Sushma is overwhelmed to find Urmi making cupcakes for Shaurya, for being angry at him last night, and how well she is handling every aspect of her life, her work, her home, and her son so nicely. Just then, they overhear Samrat’s voice hollering for Urmi. She comes out to find him rudely talking to Sushma’s husband and reprimands him for talking like that to him, and asks him to leave right away, adding that he won't get to meet Shaurya. Samrat, who comes to Mr Tiwari's house, says that he won't leave his son just like that and that he won't leave it. She says that it's their son. He rudely says that he is his son too, and that without him, she would not have had him, and that they equally share their right over Shaurya. He hollers for Shaurya to come out. Sushma asks him to get lost, or else she would call the police. He starts insulting them. They ask him to calm down. Samrat says that he doesn't want to argue, and only wants to see his son, and asks her to get to know what Shaurya wants. Urmi says that she knows what Shaurya wants and asks him not to drag her son in all this. Samrat finds Shaurya coming out. Urmi turns around shocked to find Shaurya outside. Samrat goes to tell Shaurya that his mom won't let him meet him. He continues to instigate Shaurya against his mom, while she asks him to shut up. Samrat tells his son that he won't be able to live without him, and asks him to come along. Urmi takes his hand and draws Shaurya to herself

Samrat asks Urmi to let go of his son as he would come with him. Urmi tries to argue with him, when Shaurya stands tensedly and tries to go to Samrat, when Urmi catches him and tells him to stay inside, as instructed by her. But to her horror and shock, Shaurya jerks off his hand from her, and then rushes to his dad saying that he would go with his father, and not stay with her. Urmi is stunned when Shaurya leaves her and says that he wants to be with his father. Samrat places a reassuring hand on him, and evilly eyes Urmi while Urmi’s tensed.

Samrat gloats that his son finally realised what he deserves and has made the right choice. Sushma says that he has trapped Shaurya and doesn't know the truth about him. Samrat says that he break the mother’s black magic by his love, and that now he will go with his father. As Samrat begins to take him out, Sushma tries to advise Shaurya, that his mother won't be able to stay without him and tries to get Shaurya to rethink his decision, making him understand what his mom Urmi has done for him, and that he shouldn't leave his mother. While Sushmaji and Tiwariji try to stop Samrat from taking Shaurya along with him. Urmi stands stunned and is too shocked to react to Shaurya's betrayal towards her love for him. Samrat says that Shaurya will live with them, and if his mother loves him, then she too will come back to live with them. Samrat takes Shaurya and storms out of the house with Shaurya in his lap, while Urmi is shocked and speechless as she watches helplessly as Samrat takes Shaurya away.

Sushma tries to get Urmi to react and get her to stop her son, but she stands dazed, she cries when she realizes that Shaurya has left her to be with his father as Sushma tells her that Shaurya went. Urmi comes back to her senses, and collapses on the floor. Sushma tries to compose her, but in vain, asking what happened to her. Sushma’s husband is sad too. Urmi finally breaks down, saying that her last support, her only son, left her, by his free will after what she did for him, and breaks down asking how can he leave his own mother.

After Mr. Tiwari has a talk with the lawyer, he tells Urmi that there’s nothing they can do, as Shaurya went on his own and was not forced, and that Samrat is his father after all. Sushma refuses to digest this, but Urmi says that Shaurya left by free will, and that she can't do anything, even if she wants to. Sushma asks her to compose herself, as they would get him back. She says that Samrat has trapped him, and that won't sustain for long, and soon he will come back. Urmi is distraught.
