Villa Alero wines officially launced in Nigeria

Villa Alero red wines was officially launched in Nigeria on Thursday, October 10 at the Regent Hotel, GRA, Ikeja with lots of fanfare. Villa Alero is an Italian wine founded by Alero Emenike. It opened its first store at Ajao Estate in 2011 but its vineyard is located in Lugo Di Rimini, Italy.
 Alero who lived for so many years in Italy, has more than 25 years experience in the business of wine production and distribution. According to her, “Villa Alero trust none other than the renowned Cavico group when it comes to all things wine, using vineyard that have more than 100 years planting history. Villa Alero vineyard is set to produce the finest of red wines,” she revealed.
She added that, “Villa Alero wines are fresh approach to Africa wine industry and specially the Nigeria wine market with a flagship store in Lagos and our vineyard in Italy. We are able to bring our customer a first class service, whilst creating excellent relationship with various vineyards and wineries across the globe.”
Alero who has built a solid reputation not only as a winemaker but as a stockist of wines, champagnes and alcohol beverages said that, “I believe in bringing classy Italian wines made with no chemicals, using pure grapes from the fertile farms of Lugo Di Rimini Italy to Nigeria. Our wines are also available in selected bars and restaurants in West Africa. So, at Villa Alero we take pride in creating a range of distinctive wines recognised for their taste and values. Our goal is to bring Nigeria and West Africa more Villa Alero wines and stores.”
The star studded event was hosted by celebrity comedian and compere, Basorge Tara Jnr. Helen Paul and De-Don thrilled guests with rib cracking jokes. DJ Shyshy Shilon was on hand to supply exciting music and there were thrilling performances by K-Sax, Lil’jojo, Bcode, flawlezz dancers as well as other shining and rising music and comedy stars.
Villa Alero wines comes in a new bottle, new taste but the same Villa Alero wine, a better Italian wine and no hang over. Interestingly, it is the official wine for the Nigerian Broadcasters Merit Award, NBMA, 2013 which comes up in December.
