Romantic drama 'The Meeting' picks up three awards at Nollywood Movies Awards

The romantic drama, The Meeting, was one of the big winners at the second edition of the Nollywood Movies Awards, NMA which took place yesterday, October 12 at the Intercontinental Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos.

The movie, The Meeting which was nominated in 11 categories, won in 3 categories. Star actress, Rita Dominic won the award for Best Lead Actress, for her role as Clara Ikemba. Mildred Okwo won the award for Best Director and Jennifer Alegieuno won the award for Best Makeup.

The movie is expected to be released on DVD before the end of the year.
