Deekay out with Blackberry Love

Dike Ebubedike whose stage name is Deekay has just dropped his new single titled, Blackberry Love.

Speaking to www.angeladaviesblog.blogspot on why he gave it that title, Deekay disclosed that, “It was my experience. I once found love on Blac kberry and I also know a lot of people who have found real love through constant chatting on Blackberry Messenger as well. I sang the song because there is a whole lot of love going on Blackberry Messenger every day.”

He started his music career in the church and has taught Accapella in many churches. He has also featured in music videos of notable musicians both in Nigeria and Ghana like Rugedman, Late Dagrin, Blackface and V.I.P from Ghana. He released his first single, ‘Believe in Yourself’ in 2000, which was produced by Jahborn. In 2010, he released yet another single, ‘Finest Boss’, which was produced by Lah Lah.

According to Deekay, the song gained air play in the eastern part of the country and he did the remix in 2012 featuring Lah Lah.

Dike was born in Lagos but grew up in Ghana. He is also a physiotherapist and fitness consultant.
